5. Hard Rock Hotel
6. Cosmo (Only discounted to #6 because right now they charge a ton for rooms)

8. Palms
9. Planet Hollywood
10. Mirage

Honorable mention for the Mandarin Oriental, the only Non-Gaming Hotel I'd consider staying at.

Having never stayed at either....based on the room alone...Palazzo or Aria for my next trip?

My fav is def mandalay bay for the pool alone. IMO it is the best pool in vegas and they have a stack of great restauraunts and I love the ice bar

Agreed. Palazzo is just all around nicer than Aria. As much as I enjoyed Aria and it's central location, I would still take Palazzo over Aria.

Do you mind elaborating on the deep trouble? I really actually liked their casino floor a lot! I'd put it and Wynncore as my #1/#2... It just has a great atmosphere, its stunning to look at, the cocktailers are some of the hottest on the strip and the service is fast as can be. Oh and the dealers are all fun to be around as well.

So far Wynn gets my vote. Here's why:
Pros: Great clubs, awesome restaurants, the service is ridiculously good and the rooms are untouchable. Adjacent to Venetian/Palazzo and their awesome restaurants/clubs. Not too many kids (actually, I can't even remember any). Good location.
Cons: Expensive, and everything involved with the Wynn is expensive.

I also really like Polo Towers. The rooms have fridges and are really nice. Also has a great location between MGM and PH.

The Ph Towers is a great property to stay at. Its quiet and there is no casino detour.

Doing the Las Vegas trip again next year from Australia, stayed at PH which was great and MGM which was had too much ppl traffic and took ages to get anywhere. Thinking of staying at PH again but would like to hear some of you guys thoughts on hotels. I am 28 and like to party.

I will never stay at Venetian because its way too easy to get lost in there trying to get to the room. I'm glad they learned when they built Palazzo

PH and Cosmo prob the best spots to stay as far as being in the middle of the action and being around a younger crowd

I'm going to say Cosmo just for the view on the terrace.

However, I didn't like the fact that my room was directly in front of the Eiffel Tower. I'm sure people were using those viewers to look into the rooms/terraces of the Comso building. Gotta watch what you're doing or what you're wearing. I like going out onto the deck in my underwear...

Cosmo has overthrown Palazzo as my fav this last weekend. Spectacular room, swanky architecture, amazing view... And its home to my favorite night and dayclub, Marquee!
