NICE TR!!! this probably isnt much help now but you actually could have legally drank the day you arrived, federal law recognizes the day before your "birth day" as your attainment day, which means you have attained a new age. its simple there are 365 days in a year so on the date of your birth 366 days has elapsed which means you are one year and a day older....now problem 2 is trying to explain that to a bouncer, but if you annoy them and they get confused which is very likely than you will win entry to the bar or club.....sorry just the legal side coming out!
