So keen i've already upped the gym sessionsEastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Day 3 – Saturday Day
Woke up at around 9AM with about 2.5-3 hours of shitty sleep in the bank, and I was feeling the previous night hard. Hungover like a motherfucker, found myself some water and advil and tried not to curl up in a ball and die. I feel like as I get into my late 20’s I’m getting some epic hangovers, but alas I had to power on, went downstairs and grabbed a couple more bottles of water and a bloody Mary. Knew I would have to go hair of the dog if I was going to survive today.
As the rest of the crew woke up they definitely were feeling just like me, it was advil and stunna shades central. But we got everyone up and going because we had to get to EBC for Diplo. I had arranged two daybeds with Trevor P for $4k + a $300 shake; we arrived around 12:30 with EBC already packed and Trevor blowing up my phone because he couldn’t hold the daybeds for much longer. Anyways Trevor came down the steps of the EBC entrance to meet us and slip us through what was the longest line I have personally ever seen at EBC, got us set up with the two daybeds right across the pool from the DJ booth, it was just one spot over from the spot we had in August and that was a great time, so I knew with Diplo in the house it was going to get wild.
We started off with a bottle of belvedere and some pitchers off mixed drinks, sucked down a couple vodka lemonades and got myself straight. Whoever was the opening DJ did a good job of getting the crowd pumped up but when Diplo came on at 3PM it went to another level, the twerk monsters came out in all the women at EBC, it was a ratchet ass time. At one point we lost Pan again, but found him again smack dab right in front of the Dj booth raging, he seemed to be having fun. At this point I was going HAM dancing everywhere, just bouncing up and down to Diplo, and being an all around fool, but damned if it wasn’t one of the best pool parties I had ever been to.
As a large group of Indian (Dot, not feather) men we somehow seemed to attract every Indian girl who was at EBC to our daybeds, at one point I looked behind me and we had at least 20 brown girls dancing in our area, cant say I was complaining at all, but it wasn’t the most diverse group in the world. Sad to say it too I fell in love while I was in Vegas, a friend of AS ended up being at EBC as well, and once I got to talking to her it was done for. I don’t know if it was the multiple multiple amount of alcoholic beverages I imbibed, or the atmosphere at EBC, or just her, but damn I broke rule #1: never fall for someone in vegas. We hung out for a couple hours, danced for a bit, chatted and she took my # promising to come by Hakkasan that night (since my phone was barely workin), cut to the chase we never saw each other in Vegas but did hang out in the real world. This whole time Diplo continued to blow people’s minds and throw down banger after banger.
At around 5PM with the party starting to wind down a bit AJ called me over and wanted to confirm what we had set up for Hak that night (4k min—Tier 3 Table – Calvin Harris), he started looking at me with a shit eating grin: basically it was his birthday and he wanted to splurge, asked me to see if we can set up a dance floor table. Shot a text to Thomas to see if it was even possible, after about 5 mins of text negotiation it was on and popping and dance floor table was set up for that night, with dinner at Hakkasan before hand. It was then I realized I had to stop drinking for a bit if I wanted to make it through what was about to be another insane night.
Almost all the groups of girls took my # because they all wanted to see Hakkasan and I knew Thomas would take care of them getting in, basically we already had a massive party set up for tonight. Leave EBC and start the short drunken walk back to the Palazzo, where the only thing on my mind was getting a bit of rest so I could go hard at night.

Day 3 – Saturday Night
After resting for a few hours we all forced ourselves to get out of stupor and get ready to go out, a few of us (Smith, AJ, R, RF, Pan, Myself) headed over to Hakkasan for dinner, the rest of the crew wasn’t feeling a heavy dinner so they chilled and told us they would meet up at the club. The dinner was pretty solid; I’ve been to the Hakkasan in SF for dinner before and the food was pretty similar. Was on my way to the restroom when I ran into Thomas Gorman, he said wssup and checked onto us for arrival time at the club. I told him that the crew was split up but we would be ready to head in after dinner and that it was AJ’s birthday so if there was anything special we could do for him, in terms of bottle presentations and all that. Thomas told me he had it all handled, took a shot with me and said he would see me in a bit.
Finished up dinner and shot a text to Thomas that we were waiting for a girls we met at EBC to come downstairs from there room, so he came out past the line and shot the shit with us for few minutes. As soon as the girls arrived he walked us past the ropes, grabbed a CC and ID from AJ and up the elevator we went. We entered Hak around 11PM and the club was already poppin, the air was thick with anticipation for Calvin Harris to come on, and the energy was electric. Thomas leads us to our table right on the dance floor, 4 waitresses waiting, 1 of them with a tray of shots, and a group of very attractive women already sitting at our table. Bottles were ordered and the night was on like motherfucking donkey kong.
Over the course of the night my broken ass phone kept getting blown up with I don’t know how many people trying to get inside (The rest of our group, Girls we had met at EBC, girls we met at Xs the night before) I told them all to ask for Thomas and let them know they were on “Rpun Table 52”, I have no idea how many people he let in, but im sure it was at least 30. By Midnight our table was freaking packed and the party was raging, hell of a time. Calvin came on around 12:30 and he killed the club, I like his music but always felt it’s a little bit too poppy for a club set, like listening to FM radio. But man Calvin was on point he dropped heater after heater: Summer, Blame, Feel So Close, Bounce, etc etc. I have this amazing memory of standing on the edge of our table watching him spin while dancing to under control just surrounded by like 5-6 random beautiful women; at this point I remember telling Smith even heaven can’t compare to life right now! Around 1:30 they brought out a bottle presentation with some boards saying “Happy Birthday AJ”, he dug that. The night continued and the party raged. I have to say there is nothing like a Calvin Harris Club scene, I have never felt that kind of energy in a club before, it was fucking amazing. I still think about this night every now and then, and am super stoked I’ll be seeing CH at Hak again tomorrow night (4/3/15).

VIEW OF CH FROM OUR TABLE
At around 3:30 me, R, and RF were chatting up these 3 girls who were also from the SF Bay Area and we wanted to hit an after-hours spot. Texted Chris Traer and he put us in touch with a host who got us a one bottle table, where we continued to rage until about 5:30 AM. Honestly I don’t really remember much from Drais but I think I had a good time. Gotta say though this was one of the most epic days I have ever had in Vegas, and I had such a great crew with me that made it all the more fun. Got back to our room and I just PTFO hard.Previous Trips

Day 4 – Sunday Day
Woke up with a startle to Smith shaking me awake, we had to leave for the airport in 10 minutes!!!! WTF?!?!?! So I slammed hella shit in to my bag brushed my teeth, changed my clothes, and bounced. Didn’t even have time to shower; ewwww I know, but what could I do. Seems like R who sleeping closest to where my phone was charging turned off the alarm I set to wake up in time to get ready for the flight, bastard! R and AJ couldn’t even wake up so they just missed their fights and caught later ones out of LV. Anyways as myself, Smith, and IK flew back we recapped the trip and came to the conclusion that it was epic as fuck, and that every time we go back to Vegas together I must be referred to as Forrest!
Thanks for reading another long TR, hope you guys enjoyed it, it definitely got me pumped for my trip to Sin City tomorrow! Hopefully my next TR will be just as epic!Previous Trips

I used to think the same thing. Now that I'm in my late 30's I realize how wrong I was! Great TR though, way to rally!Originally posted by Rpun View Post[B]I feel like as I get into my late 20’s I’m getting some epic hangovers, but alas I had to power on, went downstairs and grabbed a couple more bottles of water and a bloody Mary.
