The schedule in Vegas is easy. At least mine is.

Go hard at the pool party. Nap from 6:00-9:00. I mean a real nap. Your body will need it. Set your alarm. Get up. It will be painful. But get up. Shower/dress from 9:00-10:00. 10:00-4:00 club. 4:00-6:00 whatever - food, gamble, women, etc. 6:00-10:00 sleep. 10:00-11:00 McDonalds, shower. 11:00 back to the pool party.

Yes! Me too. Minus the McDonalds. I usually get room service for breakfast while we get ready for pool party. And add extra time for hair, makeup, etc... lol

This is my schedule that ruins my Saturday night:

[FRIDAY] Go hard at the pool party. Nap from 6:00-9:00. I mean a real nap. Your body will need it. Set your alarm. Get up. It will be painful. But get up. Shower/dress from 9:00-10:00. 10:00-4:00 club. 4:00-6:00 whatever - food, gamble, women, etc. 6:00-10:00 sleep. [SATURDAY] 10:00-11:00 McDonalds, shower. 11:00 back to the pool party. 6:00-9:00. I mean a real nap. Your body will need it. Set your alarm....don't get up.

          Sorry for derailing the TR!

I will definitely be following this kind of structure when I return in June, I'll be going heavy on the hangover supplements too, heard the following are all useful; pedialyte, magnesium, Vit c, vit b, coconut water, N-Acetyl Cystine.

I've read a lot of TRs and not seen one negative comment, not sure why you piped up with this Tomm0. So we got a bit over excited and forgot about all the tensing and pouting that we were suppose to be doing, I promise to rep the UK better this year mate.

Good TR so far. I'm definitely going to watch out for the Hookers. Good story to look back on though.

Great TR so far. Feel for you on the sleeping thru the evening, if you guys went that hard for a Friday at a hotel pool would love to hear what happens at a day club.

I have had great experience with the 3/4 hour sleep after nightclub, 3/4 hour sleep after day club rhythm; works well until day 4.

I think hydration and lack of general nourishment and the odd sleep schedule all conspire to ruin Vegas trips centered around drinking. I have found a 2 alcohol to 1 water drink ratio to be key especially during day. I have not figured out how to eat while in Vegas. I am a fat guy and I generally lose weight in Vegas because we just don't eat it's a weird phenomenon but I have been to vegas for strict drinking 4 times and every time the lack of nourishment kills me on day 4 every time.

Right there with you, Dyur21. Eating is really difficult in Vegas for me too. If you want breakfast you need to get up even earlier than the pool parties demand, which just isn't happening. If you want a late lunch you have to go immediately after partying in the pool for hours in whatever you wore to the pool. If you want dinner you have to go right before hitting the club which isn't exactly the best time to be eating and probably better spent getting some rest.

I'm actually shocked so few places do late night food. Restaurants say they are open "late" but most places in Vegas actually seem to close at 11pm-1am. No one is leaving the club that early, hell most people are just arriving, so then you are stuck with McDonald's, the few 24 hour cafes, and a couple of pizza places for after the club options. So I usually just manage on copious amounts of alcohol, Secret Pizza, leftover Secret Pizza, and the occasional 3:30am McDonald's trip which all tends to wreak havoc on my stomach after 3+ days.

                                Nice TR

Can't wait to go back, but that flight from London is a killer for me, I can never sleep on the plane either.

I feel your pain, I can't afford to get back this year but planning for spring next year.

Happy pouting and repping the essex tan this year x
