Bartolotta @ Wynn , Circo @ Bellagio are both superb. Lupo @ Mandalay is decent, but pales to the first two i mentioned. Venetian/Palazzo has quite a few italian spots to choose from, but I haven't experienced any of those.
I'm trying Canaletto at Venetian over LDW. Haven't had it before...will report back.
Only other Italian I've done in Vegas is Valentino at Venetian and it was damn good.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.
Probably not what your looking for, but some LEGIT Italian deli's; Cuginos over by the college, and Rocco's NY deli waaayyy out in west Vegas. Both have that Brooklyn attitude with real homemade grub.
Def not looking for quick deli food. I want to take my 2 vegas newbies out for a delish good time and italian is the best other than steak houses ;-p
guineas all the way hahaha
thanks for all the feedback

I'll offer up a few different spots than mentioned.
Scarpetta @ Cosmo - Amazing food, great views
Rao's @ Forum Shoppes - Legendary Italian Fare, might as well try it here because it's impossible to get a table at their New York location
