Bartolotta @ Wynn , Circo @ Bellagio are both superb. Lupo @ Mandalay is decent, but pales to the first two i mentioned. Venetian/Palazzo has quite a few italian spots to choose from, but I haven't experienced any of those.
I'm trying Canaletto at Venetian over LDW. Haven't had it before...will report back.
Only other Italian I've done in Vegas is Valentino at Venetian and it was damn good.

Probably not what your looking for, but some LEGIT Italian deli's; Cuginos over by the college, and Rocco's NY deli waaayyy out in west Vegas. Both have that Brooklyn attitude with real homemade grub.
Def not looking for quick deli food. I want to take my 2 vegas newbies out for a delish good time and italian is the best other than steak houses ;-p
