Aria Sandwich

I'm curious too. Staying there 8/2-8/4 in a standard King room. Hoping to sandwich up a tad.

I'm staying there the 30th thru the 5th and i'm going to throw a $100 sandwich to the youngest person at hotel check in. I'll let you know if it works. I'm trying to get all resort fees waived and more resort credit. Staying in a King Strip view so really don't expect us to be upgraded.

staying the 24th - 28th. Gonna try and sandwich + tell them i'm on my honeymoon to see if they could upgrade from king room to corner suite. long shot.. but might as well try.

I'd settle for resort fees waived and some credit to use towards BS at Liquid or another property.

I forgot about the Corner Suite! Hmmm. My group of 3 has $504 in Resort fees. I wonder if I go there, sandwich $200 and say specifically "Hey..Is it possible you can upgrade OUR rooms AND waive OUR Resort fees?" will they do both? Even if they do one or the other it's a win in my book.Yeah...I'm going for $200. Also I read most people had luck at the Aria with the Sandwich using the youngest person there.

I've never noticed any difference as far as ages that it has worked with. For the most part if they can help you out they will, it doesn't matter if they're 21 years old or 81 years old. The only time it doesn't really ever work if if the hotel is already packed, if you already have a really nice room and there's literally no where better they can put you or if you ask them for WAY too much.

I have never given a handshake and not asked for EXACTLY what i want, i can't say i have ever noticed a difference between young and older counter folks. I have had success with both, what i will say is that i have never tried it with a man. For 200, i would bet your chances at getiing what you want will be pretty high.

I know Aria isn't "Sandwich friendly" but that's a good point. Find a female and throw on the charm.

I know I tried 50, not positive about the others but based on their spending habits it was either 50 or 20, not 100

Has anybody just flat out asked, without the sandwich? like "hey is there anyway you can put me on a high floor facing the strip?"
