No bungalows available EDC weekend (when Kaskade is at MDC Saturday and Sunday). That would have been so awesome.

I am now trying to convince my group to switch to Friday-Monday with bungalow Saturday and Sunday nights.

This forum is on the verge of completely changing every single aspect of my trip.

My crew has been doing the Sat-Mon trip for years. Coming from OC it is easy, but we bomb in early Sat AM, rage the pool Saturday day, club Sat night, rage the pool again Sunday, then see how it plays out Sun night.

We like this to take advantage of both weekend days for the pool, one big weekend night, bottle deals Sunday if we rally, better hotel pricing on rooms for Sat/Sunday night, and flights are usually cheaper too cause it's not the packed Fri-Sunday people.
Been to Vegas too many times to count, partied in too many pools and clubs to track, but when you live so close, why wouldn't you?

If I had the same group as you I would do your original plan.

I'm in Vegas for my Bachelor's Party. The reason why I did the Bungalows is because of the group. Half of the groups are guys who love clubs and the scene, the other half absolutely hates it, think bars/hanging out. The Bungalow provides the best of both worlds. I plan on having the first floor for the partiers. Vodka and mixed drinks for guys to go in and out and party, bring girls back, etc.

Top floor pavilion facing Bellagio is for the none clubbers. High end scotch bar and cigars. This way the whole group can technically stay together. Plus if the guys wanted to gamble they can gamble by the Marquee tables.

I really like to do both so I plan on drinking scotch and smoking cigars with the guys to start to get into party mode and head to Marquee for the headliner.

When did you stay in the bungalows?
            Late June 2 years ago.

We never went through the main entrance of Marquee (day or night). Only time I saw the entrance was coming back from dinner and noticed the HUGE crowd waiting.

We had a Grand Cabana on Saturday as well. The easy access to bathrooms was handy for us and our new "friends". We also took advantage of the butler at the cabana. He brought us cigarettes and some other items. Have I mentioned how great the butler was?

If you can afford it, it's worth the cost. Trust me.

I had the 1 bedroom bungalow last year for Halloween. It was epic, but it wasn't "amazing. It was nice to have all that space and room, but it split people up a lot. Getting access to MDC was great, but we found ourself going back to the room when it got super crowded and just sat up top and enjoyed the music.

If you're looking for a different view, check out the terrace suite at MGM - We had that after the redesign last year for EDC and I'll tell you right now that that's my go to room from now on. 2 floors, but a nice huge terrace outside that everyone can chill in and tons of space on the first floor where people can just flow between the two "zones" Priced a 1/4th the bungalow it gave some extra cash flow to blow on 2 table nights on the main floor of hakkasan.

My group switched from a Thursday-Sunday trip to a Friday-Monday trip. We have booked city rooms for Friday night and the bungalow for Saturday night and Sunday night.

Below are the quotes I received for a bungalow:
                Thursday - $2,500
                Friday - $5,900
                Saturday - $6,000
                Sunday - $2,500

If you have any questions about the bungalows, reply to this post and ask me. I go in three weeks and I will get all the answers.

I opted for the bungalow over a grand cabana on Saturday at MDC (which would have cost me $12,000 all in). My group is actually saving money by getting the bungalow.

Good job convincing them. Common sense and $$$ talks. The 12k that would have gone to the Grand Cabana for one afternoon now covers accommodations for the whole trip as well as providing you with a spot/unlimited alcohol at Marquee!

                    Cle,

Did you get access to MDC and Marquee for your entire group? How many people did you have?

I will definitely take video of us walking in and out of the dayclub and nightclub through the bungalow gate. I think that is the most common question and I can't find good video of that online. I want everyone on here to see what the gate looks like, what the access to and from is like, how far the bungalow is set back from the action, etc.

We had 12 one night and around 18 another night. The one night was their Halloween party so the place was absolutely packed, I don't think they would have noticed 100 people entering from that side since all the security and stuff was around the front and DJ booth.

Second night - with the 12 a security guy saw us all coming in and just nodded his head to recognize us. No issues at all though.

If your able to spend 6k a night on a room, Its seems like access to venues would never be a concern. I'm kinda puzzled by that.

Well the room cost is being split between 15 guys. On top of that, guys will have to pay for their regular rooms/alcohol/dinner/etc.. Only having 3-4 guys sleeping in the Bungalow. So an extra 50-100 dollars per a person is a decent amount.
