Is there a bunch of suites available at the moment.
What season I'm travelling in.
Is my receptionist a supervisor or just a dressed up bus boy and has she had a good day.

I am looking at a Lenai suite for my next trip in October. the Cosmo website only lists this... is the best way just to contact the hotel direct, or are the published prices on their website it...

There isnt much love on here for the Lenai. It seems that the wrap around are favoured.

I wasn't that big of a fan of the Lanai Suite. It's pretty small for the price you'd pay. And while the hot tub is a nice feature, it's a tiny hot tub. I'd much rather have a wraparound terrace suite. Best option at Cosmo IMO unless you want to shell out major bucks for a Bungalow or Penthouse.

is the direct access to the bamboo pool any major advantage. I am worried about the "going upstairs" staggering up there drunk could be a challenge. how big is the hot tub? can it fit 3? or is it like a bath for a single person? I havent been able to see any vids online of a room walkthrough

Yeah that's a good advantage to have instead of having to go to the elevators to access the pool if you want more of the laid back pool instead of Marquee DC. But the pools at Cosmo are pretty small so best to get there early to claim your area. Yes the stairs are a bit of a problem if you've had one or 10 too many. Hot tub can fit 2, but 3 would be tight but still manageable. Here's a video of it.
