      Good to see "Corporate Escalation" involved. Email is actually better, no he-said-she-said BS that way. It's all documented. I'd give them three business days to respond. If nothing after 3 days follow up with Alice and nicely ask for the contact information of the person she forwarded your complaint to.

            Yep, Hilton bought them in November I believe

                    I'd recommend contacting Paris Hilton - - she'd be able to help sort things out and I bet she's looking for that coke she left behind in your room.

                        I'm assuming from your previous posts you're serving in Afganistan...if they had any class at all they'd just offer you a free suite for life and thank you for your service. Show no mercy!

                          Yeah im in the ole afghanistan. I would be happy with, "We are sorry your room was nasty we will look in to it so this doesnt happen again" I would be ecstatic if they offered me free anything. Hell id be happy if they just gave me my points or even if they just emailed me my damn receipt like they said they would. Im starting to get a little pissed because none of this has happened yet.

                            My experience with Hilton's Hhonrs has been very good though, so hopefully you'll get some resolution soon.

                                I guess we can put this baby to rest. Not quite a lifetime supply of awesome hotel suite but I got an apology which I am happy with.

While I dislike receiving negative feedback it is also valuable so we can concentrate on coaching and training to ensure these issues are rare. I truly wish that your issues would have been brought to our attention during your stay so we would have had the opportunity to rectify them. I could have had come from housekeeping in the room immediately to address the walls that were not cleaned, and the clothes that were left behind. As far as the speakers someone from facilities would have gladly made the repairs so you could fully enjoy the projector. I also see from your reservation that you did not receive a copy of your room charges. I again apologize and I have forwarded it to you on separate email.



                                I am very pleased to hear that ***** did give you exceptional service. He has a great way of assisting the guests. When you booked your reservation the property was operated by Caesars Entertainment however we had no affiliation with the Total Rewards program. Even if during your stay you would have presented your card to us you would not have received credit for your stay because we were a nongaming property. I will however ensure that we credit you Hilton honors account 5,000 points for your inconveniences during your stay.



                                Mr. Roberts thank you for your feedback and I can assure you if you ever return to our property you will not be met with the same experience. I hope that your travels are safe while in Afghanistan.
