I went to Elara the 8-11th and had the 2br suite. The room was pretty nasty when we got there so I emailed Hilton Honors. I really dont understand what the hell the reply meant. Ill post the traffic, hopefully someone can make heads or tales of it for me.

To whom it may concern,
I recently stayed at the Hilton Elara hotel in Las Vegas from March
8th to March 11th, my confirmation number was *****. Upon entering
the room, 2 bedroom suite, I was very please with the space and
thought it was very nice. However, upon further inspection the room,
2034, was very dirty and not well kept. There was Coke all over the
bath room walls, the cups in the cupboard had some kind of sticky
syrup all over them, there were clothes left in the drawers from a
previous occupant and the speaker system for the living room TV was
all kinds of messed up. Also, upon check out someone took my name
room number and email in order to expedite the check-out process. She
assured me that I would receive and email within a few hours with a
receipt. I still have not received an email with a receipt. I did
not choose to voice these concerns while I was at the hotel, other
than the dirty glasses, who one of the room service ladies brought new
ones to me. I didn't bring these issues to light because I frankly
did not want to deal with anything other than my vacation and having
fun. It took me awhile to get back to you and voice my concerns
because I was in transit on my way back to Afghanistan and I now have
time to sit down and write you.
Also, I had made my reservation prior to the hotel name being changed
to Elara when it was still under PH Towers. I therefore used my PH
Total Rewards instead of a HHonors card. I have just made a HHonors
account number, ******, and was wondering if I could get credited
for my stay at Elara.
Thank you,
Jacob

I am sorry, I am somewhat confused. Elara is not a Hilton hotel? What about the filthy room? I could care less about the points but a simple apology and a "We will look in to it so it does not happen again" would be nice. Whether or not it is officially a Hilton hotel everything at the hotel carries the Hilton brand from the room keys to the cocktail napkins. You guys are Hilton hotels not the No Tell Motel that gets rented out for 20$ an hour.
