Day club and Nightclub the same day? Anyone done it?(EBC+XS nightswim) same day

I've already purchased pre-sale tickets for XS nightswim, but i'm thinking about purchasing pre-sale tickets for EBC (the same day)

they say it can get tiring going to 2 parties the same day... Has anyone tried it before and is it really that tiring?

My plan is, to enter EBC @ 1pm, then head to my hotel at 5-6 pm. Grab dinner then sleep and hit up XS nightswim at 10:30 pm to 4-5 am


that's a lot of partying/drinking... And i was wondering if anyone tried it? EBC tickets are $58.50 total and i was wondering if it's' worth going to two clubs the same day.

Also, i'm going to XS nightswim the night prior too...

I actually did that exact thing (EBC then Nightswim) on my last trip. We took about a 2 hour long nap around 5:30-7:30pm. You can definitely do it without the nap, but it makes things nicer. We typically do a dayclub and nightclub every Friday - Sunday, so that's the norm for us, but it can be a lot of partying and we've had people in our group who couldn't handle it.

I don't want to peak @ a dayclub, then feeling all groggy/tired for the nightclub... Then again, i don't want to be moping around(feeing bored) during the day either(also, i'm not into gambling).

my plan is like this

Sunday night arrive in las vegas... XS nightswim. Monday afternoon go to EBC from 1 pm to 5-6 pm, eat dinner/nap for a few hours, then hit up XS nightswim again on monday night from 10:30 to 5 am.

that's a shitload of partying

Yep. TAO Beach and TAO nightclub same day.

In fact, last trip went like this: Wet Republic Weds night, TAO beach Thurs day, TAO Thurs night, Omnia Fri night, EBC Sat day.

We did EBC on Sunday from 1:50pm-5pm and Nightswim from 11pm-3:30am. So we started a hair later than you are planning and definitely were done before the 5am you are planning on. I really recommend leaving Nightswim after the headliner leaves, which is usually around 3am since by then it's usually starting to cool off and it really dies down in activity.

pool party headline djs usually start around 3pm and nightclub around 1am so you could push back your entrance times if you needed rest

artedm, it's LDW so i "pushing back" and waiting in line probably isn't the smartest idea (also capacity reaosns)especially since the clubs have a big named DJ spinning in LDW.

Also, pre-sale says i have to be there before 1 pm otherwise entry isn't guaranteed due to capacity reasons.

I have done it but I was done the next day completely. I am old though. I could do it in my 20s. At this point I am like a crafty left hander. I can give you like 6 and 1/3. I can't go all 9 anymore.

Also for Sunday night guetta is up against calvin harris at hakkasan and armin at omnia all three of which are huge nightclubs.

They are going to say get there two hours early because they want you to buy drinks for two hours.

I typically go to Vegas for three days and will do back to back days of dayclub/nightclub on my trips. I generally drink a lot but I make sure that I mix in some waters throughout the night. I also make sure that I drink a coconut water after the club and take a nap after the club, the nap is harder to take on day two as your body wants to sleep. I also make sure that I have some food in the room to eat. Generally I feel no worse for wear on the back to back day/nightclub adventures; however, I attribute that completely to the recovery plan of coconut water/food/rest.

I have done MDC followed by Marquee and I did get burned out of the venue, no sure I will do back to back on the same day at the same venue again.

Did it last time to Vegas too... and ended up with DVT on the plane home

At my age the biggest challenge is having the energy to get all dressed up and get out of the room after a pool party to hit the club lol. It drains the shit outta me, even when I'm careful about hydrating and sticking to just beer and taking a nap. I always pack caffeine pills but have always been too scared to take em haha.

For most people days and nights in Vegas are a valuable commodity. I do two trips per year which adds up to 6 days/nights in Vegas. The rest of the time I live my real life. Real life sucks. So I have 6 days of happiness per year. I sure as fuck am not going to spend one of those days watching a movie in my room or whatever the fuck you would do other than go to EBC or Night Swim.

2/10 would not repeat
