any recommendations then for a table location at marquee for 10 guys?

People are glossing over the important part, which is the 10 guys part, not the 3.5k min part. No way are you getting dance floor for 10 guys at 3.5k min. You have a shot at a bigger Tier 2 (one table - half a section), but risk being bumped.
