  • Need booths for 40 people Wedding Party

    Hi all!!

This is my first post on the forum.

I'm the best man for a wedding at Las Vegas happening on June 6th (Saturday).

The ceremony and cocktails will be held on Aria hotel and we are looking for a nightclub to go around 11p.m.

We have around 40 guests and we are looking for a club with a large booth.

So far, we only found THE BANK (Nightclub at Bellagio) which is close to Aria Hotel and need to spend at least U$6.000.

Could you please recommend any nightclub with a large booth and which is not too far from Aria Hotel?

Thank you in advance and I'm sorry for the bad english spelling (I'm from Brazil).

    To understand:
    1. most nightclubs are going to quote 1 bottle for 4 people so 6000 might be 10 bottles- depending bottle prices.
    2. don't forget about tax/tip so add 28% on top so 6000 is more like 7700!
    3. be aware you could buy ten bottles from a liquor store in vegas for say $50 each x 10= $500 and have your own party.

Because of the cost of bottles in nightclubs I think its important to figure out how many people are really going. Nightclubs open around 11pm with headline djs on around 1am going till say 5am. If your going to lose half the crowd or more as the night progresses get a smaller table esp. if you think say only 10 people are going to stay out all night. Figure out your ratio of guys/girls. For example you might have 20 girls you might be able to get the girls in free on guestlist. So some will be sitting most will be dancing.

      Dear artedm,

Thank you for these wonderfull tips.

I'll look into Marquee and check if we can arrange smaller booths and get some female VIPs. It really makes more sense since we will probably be already wasted with the cocktails after the ceremony.

      Best regards,
      Attila

Marquee has inside and outside seating. If you want to have the ability to talk to the wedding party at the club, then you should look at outside seating. Outside seating is cheaper too. Outside seating is on a huge patio (which is the day club during the day) so you can move around, go to the bars and watch the DJ on a huge screen). I suggest you contact Cliff Orr at Marquee (586.489.4531). He is a host. He can help you sort out your options.
