How far out from Trip should we contact hosts

Hey Guys

Group of 12 Australian guys 21 - 30 years old coming over as part of an end of season football trip and getting to Vegas Friday Oct 10 and leaving Monday 13th.

How far out should we start contacting hosts - appreciate prices for Bottle Service may change depending on events.

Still finalising how much we will have in the kitty with regards to where we are looking at contacting but probably with that sized group looking at tier 2 on Sat night as our big night (well big for us - not big vegas style!)

Coming from Australia we are thinking the worst club in Vegas is going to be better then anything we have been to here so whilst there is talk of XS, Hak & Drais im thinking we will get more bang for our $$$ and be just as blown away by Bank, 1OAK or Tryst. Is that a fair comment?

FYI that weekend is columbus weekend meaning some people have Monday off so vegas might see a little higher crowds
Hak has announced tiesto Friday and calvin harris Saturday everyone else hasn't announced yet
Also an eagles concert mgm sat night and pitbull is at mb sunday night
Anyway I think you should really try to hit the best places Friday / Saturday it's hard to find bottle specials anywhere

Are you looking to do bottle service? I totally agree with you about hitting some of the Tier 2 clubs if you've never been, and there are deals to be had if you contact the right people and tip well. My suggestions:

Friday Night: Tryst, contact Bobby Yeadon ask him about the bottle special. 2 bottles Goose/$450, or 1 Goose & 1 Moët/$300. You can stack them and host tip should be about $300. Table location is negotiable and Bobby is very up front and great to work with. Find the mod Chuck, he has table maps for most clubs in his profile.

Saturday night: 1OAK, contact Joey Orr. Should be able to score. B2G1

Sunday: XS, Nightswim is this night if it's still going on, I think there is an industry special but I don't know what. Bobby Yeadon could sort you out here as well.

artedm - yeah waiting for the Pool party schedule to come out - fingers crossed if its some sort of public holiday weekend we might still catch it.

AusVIP - thats a shame - we are also from QLD!
Look like having about 3k in the kitty from fundraising for saturday night - pretty sure if we make that our big night can get 2-400 extra out of each bloke. Would love to think we can get something pretty decent for 12 of us between 5-8k. Will be taking advice that a higher min is a better deal then going low min and then spending that much anyway. so maybe aim for around the 6.5k all inclusive gives us a bit of room to move.

BBB - thinking bottles are a better idea so that a)we can all get in fairly quickly b) if drinks are around 15 bucks each it makes $$ sense and c) location and im sure the single boys will use it as bait haha

As we are on a party bus from LA on the Friday that have told us we can byo alcohol and drink as much as we want, have been thinking that maybe one of the club crawls is a better bet on friday incase we lose a few eager beavers early. but again if we can get a sweet deal we may not stand that much to lose if a few blokes pike early.

Loving the forum and all the hype - we are at 11 weeks today and are jumping out of our skin!!

Friday/Saturday are the bigger nights in vegas in terms of crowd size
also if you are busing it from LA -you can take like a public bus for around $28 a person each way www.megabus.com from union station. I hope your not paying some crazy price per person for the "party bus"

Be sure to do a pool party too if you can - and if they are still open... usually closing pool parties rock too!

Hey me and at least 1 other friend of mine are probably going to be in Vegas that same weekend; would love to get in on any Table/Bottle Service that you guys wanna do. Man i can't even imagine jumping out of my skin already at 11 weeks lol.

artedm - nah we think we have scored a pretty good deal - $1000 all inclusive door to door LA to LV private sprinter van that we can run amok in. We know flying or public bus would be cheaper but figured not having to organise getting cabs to and from pick up points and whatever that its worth it.

Cisterna - keep an eye on how things play out on here - we are staying at MGM i believe. this trip is a year in planning - will have fundraised enough for flights, party bus from LA, vegas accom and a decent saturday night - weve been excited for a lot longer then 11 weeks hahaha

I was there the same weekend last year. It was the closing party for Wet (they had Aoki and Calvin) and I know MDC was still in full swing with a big name DJ. Not too sure about EBC though...

haha nice man . Yeah my plans are still up in the air; haven't decided where we are staying as of yet. I do know i could get a room at the Signature most likely for around $100..thinking of doing that. I'll keep an eye out on your thread for sure!

Back to Chappy's original question, as I'd love to see the answer. If you do know your budget and what you're looking for, when is the best time to contact hosts?

Sorry to hijack the thread, but my crew will be there around Halloween, but we're waiting on some other details before we decide if the boys trip starts in Vegas, or New Orleans, then onto Vegas. Will the start of September be fine for late Oct/early Nov?
