Above and Beyond - Hakkasan - Four guys

Hi...heading over for a bachelor party in June. Basically a few of us love A&B and was wondering what was the cheapest table minimum we are likely to get for 4 guys at Hakkasan over the summer. Not fussed about location too bad as long as we are in the main room not the hiphop room. Just want a ballpark figure so I have something to go back to the guys with so we know whether its remotely do-able or not. I know they might not even be on that week but just in case!

Main room probably about $5000 plus 42% tax and gratuity. You might get lucky and get a $4k but I very much doubt it

If thats too much the pavilion is an option, but you cant see the DJ from there, its off to the side. You'll get that for around $3k I imagine.

Mezzanine otherwise, on the 5th floor. The main club is on the 4th.

The Mezzanine is not a bad spot at all... head to the 5th floor and save about $1k-$1500 off your table.

I even saw someone on the forums mention 47% at hakkasan. Would love to hear some more input on this from members if they've been getting that high of a percentage on their bills. Highest I've seen personally was 40% (waitress put 22%)

Its fucking scandalous really. $5000 plus 40%! They are taking the piss with that place.

A couple things:
If you are going in the Summer, I think it's likely the Above and Beyond will be playing on Thursday or Sunday nights. Hakk will probably save Friday and Saturday for bigger names like Calvin Harris and Tiesto. With that said, you could get away with a much lower minimum on Thursday and Sunday. If you don't really care about foot traffic, I would highly recommend the Mezzanine tables (the ones directly in the middle are the best, in my opinion). Even with this location, you shouldn't have trouble meeting people. Don't be lazy. Explore the club... You've got the lounge, the hip hop room, pavillion, and two floors on the main room.

If you don't feel like throwing in the cash for a table, I would recommend seeing if you can get on a guest list or purchasing a pre sale ticket. The venue is a little cramped, but not much different from big festivals. One of the things I like about A&B is they always play a very "authentic" set in vegas, whereas some other trance DJs will change up their Vegas sets a little.
