  • Table location at Surrender

Hey I just got a quote for MDW at surrender and theres 3 seating option : open seating, premiere seating and inside VIP seating. Do any of you know where open seating would be? would it be right outside the club table 30 to 36? or farther from the action? And where would premier seating be?

    thank you

    Who gave you that quote?

I would say open seating = gaming pavillion, premiere seating = Surrender patio (30-36), inside VIP seating means inside.

      Just a guess.

Just ask the host for more of an explanation?

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Did you go through an outside promoter? These terms sound a lot like what promoters or so-called VIP Package companies would use.

I got a quote from anthony k. He said open seating could be anywhere at time of arrival. Would it be terrible to end up in the gaming pavilion?

It wouldn't be terrible to end up by re gaming pavilion. Still plenty of foot traffic there. I always have a great time at surrender, regardless of my location. Since its MDW, the place will be packed either way. However, if you are concerned about being really close to the DJ and the dance floor, the gaming pavilion probably won't cut it for ya.

I would avoid getting the gaming pavillion as it is quite a bit away from the action, but if it is a budget decision to go with that and it's a good event/DJ then I would think there can still be some good fun to be had.

Ordinarily I'd agree - but it's MDW and there will be people EVERYWHERE

Wtf does that mean, if a host tells you that to be inside it's xyz, you agree, you confirm reservation, you show up at open.. Why would you not get the area requested at the min agreed?? I can understand if you show up at 1130 or something.. doesn't make sense to me. Each area should have a specific min/price/bottle/ range. If it's to far out too quote that may be one thing...But the vagueness of that open seating thing doesn't seem logical to me..

I got a bit more info from Anthony, it might be on the open deck or andreas patio or cabana. Which one is the best/worst. And where is Andrea's patio?

He means the category "open seating" (the cheapest seats) could be anywhere. That is, you could be anywhere in gaming pavillion etc

My guess is you haven't suggested a host tip, or identified a particular location you want.

Andreas patio is awful... please don't get a table there. The cabanas are way, way, far from DJ, hence the problem with Surrenders setup. For the Beach Club it's cool, but at night the DJ is inside the main room part that is closed off during the beach club and you can't see anything from the cabanas, they put a live feed of main room in them but that's it. For those you have to bring your own party. Even hot chicks don't wanna be back there when the dj and music is all the way in the main room.

You know when you come into the club, where the register is, Andreas patio is to the left right there, great view of everyone coming in paying GA and tables getting walked back. The entrance to patio is right where that register and all the people going in. The other side goes out to those bathrooms toward exit of EBC.
