Hi everyone...

We are five Guys from Holland in Vegas from 13th-18th of June ...

I really wonder what you guys would do and which places you would go to...

The Agenda so far is only what we'll do a specific day... not where to go...

So ... What would you do?

Thursday... Arrive in the morning ... at night ... do whatever.. walk around .. find a bar...

Fridaynight... Party with BS... but where to go?
Saturdaynight... Party with BS... but where to go?
Sunday... Party at a Poolparty... but where to go?
Mondaynight ... Party with BS... but where to go?

We are staying at the Cosmopolitan.... We don't want to stand in line ...

Budget for all 4 events is about 6-7k to pay all minimums... to start with... whatever happens , happens..

Please help me to make the best of my friends bachelor party...

You will have to be creative with that budget but the obvious place to save would to just do pre-sales at the pool party

Friday - Light
Sat - 1 Oak
Sun - EBC (buy pre-sales)
Mon - XS

The above may work depending on your taste in music and should end up within your budget. If Light is too expensive you could replace it with somewhere like Surrender/Tryst/Tao.

No I'm not saying that. I'm saying with the above schedule you will probably do ok within your budget. And you will experience some of the best spots.

Light is looking like 1.5-2k min
1 Oak you could get b2g1
XS on Mon you could probably get a 2 bottle min or a deal of some sort

so you're talking 3.5k to 4k mins with tips, taxes, host tips on top. So you're probably going to end up around the 6-7k mark

Ok... so we are staying in Cosmo... and thought of Marquee on monday... but i see you left that out... is there a specific reason you left it out?

the budget is what we like as minimums... off course this is subject to change once we are in and having a good time

would you try to arrange everything through one host in advance... or would you arrange everything on location...

It's hard to do some stuff the week before because we are starting our trip the week before in Ibiza/Spain...
So I don't know in what kind of state we will arrive in LV in order to quickly arrange our tables on location...

What is your experience?

Sorry, I forgot Marquee is open on Monday...that would also be a good option but I don't know what the mins tend to be.

Use individual hosts, there are great contacts on the forum for each of the venues. Just have a flick through the host appreciation thread but for example you have Light - Noah Ram and 1Oak - Joey Orr. There's no real need to use one host.

Best time to contact would be like a month out as giving you concrete minimums would be difficult os far ahead.

Do you want electronic music on all nights? Or do you want to mix it up with a night of hiphop/top 40?

I ask because you are going to Ibiza, which means you like electronic music. But if you do not like hiphop/top40, then 1OAK is not the club for you.

When you say your budget is 6-7k for minimums, do you mean:
(a) 6-7k minimums + taxes and tips on top (which would be around 10k in total); or
(b) or 6-7k including all taxes and tips?

I would suggest you go to Marquee on Monday free with your room key and use the money on the other events. Maybe even try to get an inside table at one of the clubs if you can (which will be 1/2 your budget) just for the experience.

Friday - Light (probably $2.5-3k all inclusive on balcony or those tables on the far right of the seating map)
Saturday - Surrender (or XS if you do Hakkasan on Sunday) (probably $1.5-2k all-inclusive on patio)
Sunday pool - Encore Beach Club or Daylight (probably $1.5-2.5k all-inclusive)
Monday night - Marquee (I think you can get in for free with your room key) (otherwise $1.5k all-inclusive on patio)

You don't mention Sunday night, but if you wanted a suggestion:
Hakkasan or XS Nightswim ($2-3k all-inclusive in Pavillion at Hakkasan; $1.5k at XS). XS Nightswim would be the better party to go to with presale tickets as it is basically a night time pool party.

You could also check out a pool on Fri/Sat with presale tickets if there was a DJ you wanted to see.

We figured we could get in for about 2 bottles minimum at every place... and see what happens next... if it's a good party , with the whole 9 nine yards, girls good music etc etc... we'd probably spent more... but we figured 1,5k to get in tip security & waitress & get 2 bottles... & see what happens...

We thought it maybe better to let everything be arranged by one host to set up the whole weekend .. but not sure about that...

Yeah we like Electronic Music but also top 40... hip hop not that much...

We thought of taking a table at marquee on monday since it is our last night of our 12 day trip...

It doesn't really matter were we go I guess basically... as long as there are girls how want to party... it will be good ... oh they need to be goodlooking to

I think you're being hugely optimistic thinking you're gonna do 3 nights AND a pool party on bottle service for $7k

I dont want to rain on your parade buddy, but that is just not going to happen. You should be looking at more like $15k between the four of you realistically, cos you for sure arent gonna get into clubs and make 2 bottles last 6-7 hours between for with the girls youll inevitably have grabbing drinks off you.

I am not saying .... 7k and that's it! I am just saying... we would like to get in 2 bottles minimum... & then decide what happens happens...

You know how it works... some worry about getting in with a minimum as low as possible... We both know that once the party gets going... nobody worries about the cash anymore...


The only thing I am looking for is getting in for 2-3 bottles minimum... I am not saying the bottles will have to last all night...

OK so this is what I would do.

Friday: The Light
Saturday: XS
Sunday: Encore Beach Club or Daylight
Monday: Marquee

Basically, you're gonna have an amazing time at all of them, just take that as gospel, cos you simply will.

If I were you id be looking at it in a different light. Instead of thinking how little you can spend to get in and secure tables, be realistic. Sure you CAN get $2k minimum tables, but work out your maximum instead of your minimum. You'll probably be able to secure 2 bottle minimums at most places, but the table you get will be a low-end one. If youre enjoying it, and end up spending, lets say, $6k then the only thing youve done is spend loads on a table where you could have got a dance floor one for the same money in a better part of the club.

Lets be realistic here - these are some of the best clubs in the world with the most beautiful - and 9 times out of 10 - friendly girls you'll meet. Youre gonna have an amazing night. Just be realistic with your spends. Youll have a better time if you plan it properly and get the best table for your money rather than trying to get in on the cheap then spend more once your inside.

Yeah but then the budget will explode... since you don't know where or when you'll have the most fun ... you look at 5-6k the night This means your talking about 25k for the weekend... Just for going out... Add up the gambling.. the pleasures during the day.. the shopping (yeah we're from europe, so everything seems a lot cheaper in the States) The 2 Wraparound Suites at the Cosmo... so then we will be looking at 40-50k.... I am sure that won't happen! So basically what your saying is go out for 2 nights instead of 4 .... ?

1. wait for club lineups to decide where your going- should see some around May 1 but wait until everything is announced could be as late as May 15 or June 1st.

Thursday Nightclub
Friday Pool/ Friday Nightclub
Saturday Pool/ Saturday Nightclub
Sunday Pool/ Sunday Nightclub
Monday am trip to Grand Canyon/ Monday Nightclub

There are up to 8 parties you could attend- using the rough math of $50 entry and three drinks each= $100 per person x5= $500 a party x 8= around $4000 but that is high bc 24 drinks is probably not going to work for some people

3. tables- you can get 2 bottle min but the location will be bad-outside of the main room, etc
this is mainly do to just overall demand

4. host- you can get 1 person to do everything for you but you will probably see $500+ disappear from your budget compared to having three or four contacts (a contact at each club)

5. lines-this ain't a backyard bbq- most of the big clubs hold several THOUSAND people. There usually are three lines general admission, Presale tickets and table. That being said you have to go thru an id check and get a stamp or get seated. Depending on the time of night you should expect about 30 minutes even if you get a table. Will not always be 30 but just expect some time to get processed.

I know there will be some waiting involved... but what I mean is... if I read this forum .. I see that it is basically impossible to get in ... just being with 5 guys... so that's why we figured we are already forced to get BS...

I totally agree with what they are recommending to you. Don't view it as you just want a low minimum so you and your boys can get in and then see where the night takes you. Last thing you want is to be popping 5-6 bottles yet still be sitting against the back wall at XS, or the patio at Surrender (Lower tier tables). Minimums determine table location!!

Like Tomm was saying, look at it as what is the maximum you and your boys are willing to spend...a REALISTIC maximum. Yeah, yeah...we all have liquid in the bank, but REALISTICALLY how much of that will you and your boys spend that night. No one is saying break the bank, but if an amount COULD be in the budget...then make it the budget. It's Vegas...if you can afford Tier 1 tables at Tier 1-1.5 clubs, then I can pretty much assure you that you and your boys will have a great night. Judging by the fact that Vegas is your second stop after Ibiza, I would gather that you guys are doing alright for yourselves.
