Hip hop clubs in Las Vegas

Just got back from Vegas with a group that prefers hiphop. Went to Drais Thursday (Esco), 1Oak Friday (DJ Conrad and DJ Karma), and Hyde Satruday. While Drai's was a damn good party on Thursday, hands down the best music was at 1Oak. Even though people are packed in their like sardines, with a DF table my group had ample breathing room. I used Chris Traer that night but Casey Rhyne looked like he was running the place. The lines were pure chaos when we arrived at 11pm and got us setup immediately skipping many groups in the bottle line. Casey and Chris acted like they were brothers and we were well taken care of.

When I go to a club I just need outstanding music and a good crowd. I could care less about who the "celebrity DJ" is. 1Oak absolutely delivered and at half the price of Tier 1 joints.

Yeah I know Casey. He's a hometown homeboy so he's the go to man for 1OAK. In your opinion, what's the better real estate there? DF tables or the owners table. That's probably our Saturday night move.

I guess it depends if you want to be right in the action or not. The club is really not that big. The owners booths are bigger and looks like the seat a lot of girl groups up there. I also had a few bachelorette parties sitting right next to me as well though. I had table 37. Tables 33-36 was pretty much all women.

Good to hear 1OAK is still going strong. It had been one of my go to spots for a table since it opened. Last year we went in late April and it was weak. Had me concerned, maybe just an off night.

We decided to get a table last minute after not planning out a good way to get into Omnia so our location wasn't the best.

Just compared to the rest of the trip - Drais Beach club saturday, EBC Sunday, and Nightswim Sunday night it was by far the weakest of the 4. The group I usually go with prefers hip hop as well but they care more about the best crowds. Now that I'm not single anymore I don't care that much either way so I defer to others within reason.

Im headed to Drais Saturday Night (Travis Scott performing), still not sure about Sunday Night. Don't really want to go back to Drais, although Desiigner is there (the panda song that most people think is Future), and my friend thinks more women will be there that night because of the lack of competition. We bought pre-sale GA tix for Sat already.

As far as hip hop crowd that's probably going the best crowd. Double dipping isn't great though.

You could always do Hakkasan and spend most of the night in the hip hop room.
