Haven't had troubles at EBC last year with my european drivers license. But it looks to be a bit random if they accept it or not :/

Used a UK drivers licence to get into XS before and it was fine. Although I was 31 at the time so wouldn't exactly look close to being underage (unfortunately).

also never had troubles in vegas with that - hope it stays the same. Wouldn't want to take my passport with me - especially on pool parties

I work at a bar. Liquor Board doesn't accept foreign driver’s licenses or ID cards as proper form of ID for liquor sales except for IDs from Mexico and Canada. While some bars/clubs MIGHT take a German or any other foreign ID, technically they're not supposed to. While in a foreign country you're supposed to have your passport on you at all times as that's the only form of ID that's recognized internationally. It sucks to have your passport on you while drinking but legally you have to.

In the past I've gone to the casino's security office to get ID validation. Basically they verify you're 21+ and give you a wristband. It's supposed to be recognized by casino and bar staff, as well as LV Metro PD. Is anyone else familiar with this and know if it would also work in the clubs?

We learned about this one year when my ex lost her ID and only had a DMV slip for a new card and a ATM card with a picture on it. I ended up getting one too even though I had my ID. It pretty much saved me from having to show ID every time I sat down at a card table or ordered a drink from the casino bar.
