I am trying to set up bottle service for a 12 guy bachelor party and needed some advice. My dates are for the nights of April 12th and 13th. Preferably EDM music over Hip-Hop and are looking at Surrender, XS, Tryst, and Marquee. The Dj’s playing that weekend range from Eric Prydz to Avicci to Madeon.
I have never set up bottle service so I am researching all of my options. I received a quote from Vegas Rep Carpet VIP vipnite.com . I knew going in they are more expensive because they pick your exact table, escort you in and it is one fixed price including tax tips etc. Any thoughts on these guys? They have very good feedback/reviews.
The second question is what If I wanted to not use them and go through a direct contact of the club or a different “host”. I have been in contact with a guy who I think is a “host” but works directly for Surrender which I don’t know if that means he’s an exclusive promoter for Surrender? Im new to this so I don’t know the difference. Basically found him on twitter and have never done any business with him. I inquired about the night of April 12th Eric Prydz at Surrender. He explained that it will be $500 a bottle and for all 12 guys it would be $1500 minimum spend for 3 bottles. He said a table on the dance floor would be 5k. I asked if it would be better to only do part of the group and he said 6 guys would be $1000 minimum spend.
Are any of these good deals? Surrender on a Friday vs. doing XS Saturday with Madeon or Marquee Saturday with Avicci. I don’t think over $250 a person is going to fly with this group but Im unsure what the prices for these typically are. Assuming I decided on $1500 minimum for 12 guys can someone walk me through how my night would play out? Im trying to figure out what to quote my friends? $1500 + 20% Grat and 8.25% tax is $1923.75. What do I tip my “host”? Do I tip anyone else on the way in? How does this work? Will I have to wait in the table line or will he walk us right in? Will we be pushed from our table if we don’t keep buying bottles? Can we leave a half bottle sitting there to milk the night and order drinks from waitress etc?
I would really appreciate any help on this matter.
Thanks
