  • Your Budget Vegas Trip

    Everyone loves Bottle Service in Vegas (looking forward to it in September), but lets face it... sometimes a budget trip to Vegas can be fun too.

    If you had a $1500 budget for 3 nights in Vegas, what would your trip look like?

    This should kill time at work!

    Is the $1500 just for bottle service? Or is it $$1500 for room/food/gambling/bottle service? Is it 1500 a person or you solo 1500?

      Lol, 1500 after room... So 1500 for food, drinks, nightlife and gambling. And it's 1500 per person.

          thats actually alot. I mean you can do alot with $500 a day.

          Maybe leave out the gambling, but even if you just played $250 a day, and $250 for food and drinks, its possible.

              you should be able to do 1 bottle at most 1 tier clubs with two people in your group

              You figure with tax/gratuity/tip etc it should be around 8-9 a night for bottles so you can do 2 tier 1 clubs on fri-sat for around 450 each.

                90% of the time we dont do bottle service. But thats because we're in Vegas often and dont need to do it every month. I know most of you guys live it up and go all out each trip. lol.

                When I roll with the friends, we're either on the dance floor or roaming around meeting and talking to others. So bottle service isnt really necessary for us. We've gotten away with spending $100-150 each on a night. We'll pregame hard in the room and by the time we're in the club, its just maintaining the buzz with another 5-6 drinks throughout the night. We'll usually kill a 750ml for every 2 guys before we even leave the room. We'll do a bunch of shots and mixed drinks within 30-45min of leaving the room. So it'll hit hard once we get in the club. haha.

                    I'm talking if bottle service is not in your plans. For example, arrive Thursday evening and check in. Now we will buy pre game bevies and water... Cost $60. Head to freemont for cheap gambling/ bar night... Cost $200.

                    Friday... Wake up and head to a little bar in planet Hollywood for the famous Canadian hangover cure, Caesars! Cost... $30. Hit a buffet... Cost $35. Daytime bar hopping ending at Carnival Court... Cost $125. Evening, we will hop around Cosmopolitans casino floor lounges... Cost $200.

                    Saturday... Back to planet Hollywood for Caesars! Cost... $30. Pool party during the day... Cost $150. Evening, finish with gambling and a nice dinner... Cost $150.

                    Total cost $980! Now, this can change due to gambling wins and success with the ladies! Lol
                    I've never actually tried this type of trip, but it doesn't sound too bad!

                      You can do it for not a lot of money, but I could not make a trip of trying to do that. I mean you could eat at McDonalds twice a day and drink at Casino Royale or carry around your own.

                        And I know this can be done because I have had some rough days at gambling

                          So this would be a Wed arrival, Saturday departure...my typical trip. Staying at the Mirage...

                          I'd arrive on an early flight to maximize my time there. I'd check my bags will the bell desk since the room wouldn't be ready at 9am and walk over to Walgreens by Harrah's and grab some booze for the room and for immediate consumption. Head back over to Mirage around 10:00am
                          for some video poker and free drinks at the bar. Probably an hour or so throwing down drinks at video poker (must play very slow...) then out to the pool around 11:30am.

                          Grab some fruit or something from the cafe for a light lunch and one big awesome drink that I can sip on for about an hour. Room should be ready around 1:00pm. Head up to the room to dump my shit, grab a shower, couple drinks then off to Dinner at BLT. After dinner I'd like to get my gamble on the first night. If I win, I go to Surrender, if I lose....whatever, I live to fight another day. Go grab a to go cup from the room and head out to the strip.

                          Cab to hotel = $20.00
                          Tip for bell desk = $5.00
                          Walgreens Booze = $100.00
                          Video Poker = $50.00
                          Bartender Tips = $15.00
                          Pool lunch = $25.00
                          Pool drink = $20.00
                          Dinner = $50.00
                          Gamble = $150.00
                          Misc = $40.00

                          Total Day 1 Costs = $475.00

                          Day 2....to be cont'd

                            $1500 budget per person for 2 would be a one day/night rager for me. Fly in early on Saturday or Sunday morning already dressed for pool, drop bags off at hotel and head straight to MDC/EBC for bottles then some gambling followed by bottles at Marquee/XS followed by rhino. After that, swing by hotel for shower and head home.

                              Just go to the nearest Gas station and get 5 cans of joose or four loko. $20. Dollar waters from street vendors. 20 piece nuggets from McDonald's everyday. There you go!
