Help planning June Bachelor Party (10-15)

Hey guys,

I've found so much information on this forum and want to thank everyone for the immense help it's been already. I have a rough plan and any help is appreciated!

The bachelor party is June 14-18. There will be 10-15 guys in our mid-late 20s, and we'll be staying at PH. We love to go clubbing and usually like hip hop, but understand house is in right now and want to be where the party is at.

I definitely want to get BS at one of the tier 1 clubs on Saturday, but am debating between BS at a tier 2 or GA at a tier 1 on Friday. The guys might not be able to afford BS both nights. Recommendations on what to do and where?
I'm trying to get a cost estimate to give the guys.

Thursday - Bachelor arrives at 9:30pm. Drink. Strip club/private stripper in the room.

Friday day - Wicked Spoon Buffet. Gamble. Drink.

Friday night - Dinner somewhere. Club. BS? GA?

Saturday day - Lunch somewhere. Gamble. Drink.

Saturday night - Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in Paris. BS at either XS, Marquee, or Tao.

Sunday day - Pool Party(Tao, Encore, or Marquee)

Sunday night - Drink. Gamble. Unwind.

Oh this needs some serious work...

1. In my humble opinion only doing 1 pool party is a mistake. You should do at least 2 if you are gonna be in town that long. Check out the pool party guides on the main page

2. As far as strip clubs go, you cant go wrong with Spearmint Rhino. Ever.

3. Way too many dinners. try an organise a more fun activity like dune buggy/atv tour in the desert. Very fun.

4. As far as clubs that play Hip/Top 40 you are looking at Haze, 1Oak and The Bank.

Thats what i got so far.

1. Maybe we'll do a pool party on Friday and Sunday. Which are recommended on these days? Can we get in with GA? I think the guys would rather pay for BS at the nightclubs.

3. The only formal dinner is on Saturday, other days we'll be surviving on Earl's!

4. We're ok with house music and am leaning towards the tier 1s.

Thursday - Bachelor arrives at 9:30pm. Head directly to Hyde for a ceremonial "I'm in Vegas Biatch" round or two behind the fountains. Head over to Gold around midnight for a couple cheap bottles.

Friday day - Eat a little if you must. Then to Tao Beach for your day bed you booked with Chris Traer 702-510-5286

Friday night - Dinner at STK. Slam some drinks at Chandelier Bar at Cosmo. Spearmint Rhino around midnight. Option for Drais after Rhino.

Saturday day - Daybed at Marquee Day Club. Daybed will be sufficient since half your crew will be down from the night before. They can GA in later if they get up.

Saturday night - Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi in Paris. BS at Tao.

Sunday day - Pool Party at EBC. Probably have to GA this one unless you've got budget left.

Sunday night - Drink. Gamble. Unwind.

See above. If we're heading in the right direction we can start throwing together a budget

I'm thinking one night of BS at either Marquee or TAO, and then a cornerbed at one of the pool parties. Then we'd GA one night at a club and GA one day at a pool party...

We're going to waste sooo much time splitting up into groups to find girls, and then waiting in line! But I can't force them to spend money they don't have...

The guys are mainly into hip hop, but once the drinks start flowing it shouldn't really matter. Where the girls and the party is at is more important!

If you buy presale and split up GA shouldnt be that bad if u get there early. Tables 20-22 at Tao for your size of group would be perfect will probably be $2800 or so minimum with a $300-400 tip. That said, if you want to work on a deal for a pool I'd bump your tip. I think your best bet at working a deal is at Tao. Opium Room would be a great backup plan if you cant swing main room. Its hip hop, will be packed, and truly is steps away from the main room. I think you could get Opium Room for $1200-1500 which would be a little easier on the guys budgets.

with your budget just go to tier 2 clubs like pure or haze. you'll et two nights fr your one night at marquee. pure inside supposedly gets packed out so you'll have fun regardless. don't get sold by xa/marquee hype if you can't afford it.

I considered going that route as well, but I think the bachelor would rather live it up one night at one of the tier 1s.

How is TAO on Saturdays? I've only been once, and I remember the club was soooo packed you couldn't even move.
If a good patio location at Marquee is the right price, we might choose there. Since I hear that's where the hot asian girls go!
Can we get pre-sale tickets at Marquee or XS if there is no headliner DJ?

I just saw Marquee has Cosmic Gate that Saturday, XS has Diplo. I'm guessing the prices will be higher than normal?

I can't find anything for TAO, does that mean they don't have a headliner that night?

Tao posts events later than most...sometimes only a week in advance.

Will they likely have a big headliner and the costs will be higher? I guess if that's the case, all three of the big clubs will be higher.
