    Let me start by saying that there have been a number of times in my life that breakfast beers started some epic shithows in my life. However, I have yet to do such things to the fullest in Vegas.

    How tough is it to remain functional in a transition from a day time pool party in the scorching Vegas heat into an all out bender at niat one of the city's fine establishments.

    In my mind, its as simple as hydrating and snoozing in between or are there any other tips the seasoned Vegas vets can bring to the table?

    Many people on this board will agree with me: DO NOT NAP BETWEEN THE POOL AND THE CLUB.

    It will make you feel like shit when you wake up and you may just oversleep and miss the club completely.

    I prefer to hydrate while gambling and get some food in me. Then start the pregame up again and go HAM. The key is if you never lose your buzz, you will never feel hungover

      My life last summer consisted of pool > club > drais > rhino > repeat till I couldn't go anymore. Pace yourself, stay hydrated, and don't kill yourself.

        Agreed! Never sleep between pool parties and night clubs. Its super tempting and it will be tough to resist. The key is to eat and stay hydrated. When i land i usually go to CVS and load up on Pedialyte. Slam as many as these as you can through out the day. I usually drink one on my way to the pool party, after the pool party, and before crashing for the night. Hangovers will be minimal if any at all.

          Agreed. No napping is key. If you find yourself stuck in limbo (pool party to Club). After eating (long drawn out dinner not recommended), put yourself into idle mode at a place like carnival court where you can sit down but the energy is still going around you.

                      i do it five straight days.

                      10am pool party
                      5pm hotel
                      8pm pregame
                      10pm club
                      4am hotel

                      I eat one meal, at 4am after the club. I try not to drink at the pool until about 11 or 12.

                      I sleep between 5-7pm and 5-9am

                      There are a lot of different views on how to do it but of course the most scientifically proven is to take cocaine.

                            I nap before going out at night. I restrict it though. no more then 2 and a half hours...that way its enough to get a deep sleep in (at leastfor me) and for me to feel fully rested.
