Finally Done .. I think (Vegas May 10 - 13)

I just wanted to know that I'm on the right track with the right clubs. My group is 6 girls for a bachelorette and we're all about TOP 40/House/Hip hop.. Not really any fans of EDM.

So this is our line up (we're arriving late-ish on May 9th):

May 10: Chippendales (heard it's corny as hell but we have to see it) and then TAO.

May 11: Not much planned during the day because we wanna sight-see and gamble and then Tryst at night.

May 12: Sight see/gamble and Hyde at night.

I wanted to swap out Tryst for XS but is XS more EDM? What about Marquee? If I take them to an EDM-heavy club I'll probably get boxed in the face by each of them LOL.

Sight seeing two days is too much. Seriously, do a pool party one of those days. You can go sight seeing when you're 80.

Dude you're preaching to the choir. I wanted to check out a pool party but NONE of the rest of them want to. Apparently they think it's gonna take 3 days to see the entire strip

I agree with Chuck. You can see all you need to see on the strip in one day or when you're 80 lol. It's going to be in the 80's-90's when you're there. Do you really want to be walking the strip all day? Tell your friends day life is where it's at and you're missing out if you don't hit up a pool party one of the days. I suggest Ditch on Friday for your hip hop needs. Snoop Dogg is also having an after party on Vanity the Saturday your there.

A fair compromise would be to spend one day sight-seeing. They're feet will hurt so bad and their inner thighs will be so chafed that the next day they will welcome some time at the pool!

Here is a look at what my sced is that same weekend. Ive been to vegas many times and this is what i feel soots my group best which is fairly similar to yours ..except obviously the chippendales lol.

Thurs - hang by the pool then LAVO at night.
Friday- Ditch pool party then XS/TRYST
Saturday- Wet republic at MGM ( MUST GO ) and then XS at night.
Sunday- Encore Beach Club / Rehab during the day...hopping around at night.

We didnt put much thought into the nighttime as we are huge on pool parties because lets face it. Vegas is all about the daytime now.

Can pool partys be done last minute? Like when we're there? I'm seriously going to have a hard time convincing that we should go.. So I figure after Thurs when they're dead tired of the heat and walking, a pool would be a welcome change. But they won't realize it until Friday morning.

Yes, especially with it being an all girl group. And you guys are crazy if you don't go to at least two pool parties.

What kind of sightseeing are you planning on doing? Do you plan to walk into each of the hotels and look at stuff and take picture? It's a hotel, with a casino. Some are really pretty and new. Some are old.
Are you getting a helicopter to take you to the grand canyon?
There are a bunch of touristy restaurants (Harley Davidson, Heart Attack, Margaritville, etc).
Where are you staying at? At least plan for some time at your hotel pool. Most of them are pretty fun, just not as fun as some of the daylife parties. We just stayed at Encore and hit the Encore pool (not EBC). We got a day bed on Saturday and had a blast.
Not to be blunt, but do your girls not look good in a bikini? An understandable fear if you look at some of the daylife party pics.

We're staying at the Jockey Club... but we have access to the Cosmo.. I was thinking Marquee day club when they got tired and if they really hate the idea I'm gonna spend some time at one of the Cosmo pools because I need some sun!

If they've never been to Vegas before there are a few hotels that are worth a walk to see like Bellagio, Venetian, City Center, and Wynn. Those can all be done in an afternoon if your staying @ Jockey Club. Do them all afavor and get them to a pool at least one day. Even if not a "pool party" just get to a pool and enjoy the day with each other.
