I had a bouncer at Jet a while back..I personally always tip the bouncers 50-100, I know its on the high side, but I appreciate the good service, and I know they put up with a lot of shit.

Dude was bringin girls all night back to the table, he told me,
"if you dont like em, and they're just in for free drinks and nothing else, and they aint hookin up, just give me a signal" (signal was a tug on the ear) and he'd kick em out of the VIP, and immediately found new girls. This happened for as long as it took until he found some cool girls.

As stated above, tip accordingly and it really does work.

Offering girls a free place to sit/drink for nothing means you are buying their time especially if someone else is doing the opening for you.

I for one, dont really feel like leaving a 2 grand table to go see if I can "vibe" with some girl. It is not always the easiest place to have a lengthy conversation. Also, I do not think it is a question of "getting some balls" for any guy who has used this to meet girls.

I like approaching a girl myself to see if she's really into me as opposed to what I own or have access to. This goes for partying with anyone really. Although I don't really do bottle service often, when I feel like buying a girl a drink or some chicken fingers, it's because she put up with me without knowing that I had anything close to a hookup. In Vegas, it's sometimes difficult to differentiate between sincerity and a soft sell.

I wouldn't be upset with girls being brought to my table at the club, but I'd tip a host or bouncer more if girls were brought over at the end of the night, lol.
