I heard this mentioned a few times in other threads, but do hosts and bouncers really send girls to your table? Or is that more of a myth. If that's the case, that will work great for my buddy who is coming with me because he is extremely shy to make the first move with the ladies.

I do this every time and every club i go to, Even without tipping (though i always give the guards a $20).
Tell the security what type of girls you like or point the girls out you like in the crowd and he will go ask them if they would line to join your table.
Get bored of them and or bottle rats ask your security to remove them from your area... its that easyComment

We typically tip around 50 depending on table size. This is true for all clubs I have been to. Never have done Tao but I'm guessing its the same, if not someone on here will let you know. I had a bouncer at Jet a while back..I personally always tip the bouncers 50-100, I know its on the high side, but I appreciate the good service, and I know they put up with a lot of shit.
Dude was bringin girls all night back to the table, he told me,
"if you dont like em, and they're just in for free drinks and nothing else, and they aint hookin up, just give me a signal" (signal was a tug on the ear) and he'd kick em out of the VIP, and immediately found new girls. This happened for as long as it took until he found some cool girls.
