You do realize if Ryan gave you a table with a 3k min spend your getting 6 bottles for that. Right?? How in the world you think paying 2500 for 2 bottles is deal is beyond me. You know bottles are only $500??? Im stunned.

If your wanting to Save more money I'll get u the same table for $2400 total with 1 bottle of goose. Let me know.

        Somewhat related question.

Can the VIP hosts *ever* be cheaper than going direct?

example: On village tours when I travel the "all-inclusive" companies often charge less than booking everything yourself, simply because they are giving so much business to the company that they get great deals, which they pass on.

If a VIP company is giving say 20+ tables to a nightclub you'd think they would be given better deals than customers that just call the clubs directly; the VIP hosts could then undercharge what the club is charging regular customers but still over their actual costs to make a profit - the same way Expedia is cheaper for hotels then the hotels directly. Does it work like this ever?

In order for this to be true the bookings companies would have to buy blocks of tables from the clubs no matter what, even if they dont have them sold.

It does make me wonder if it is setup like this or if it just depends on the companies contact in the club.

Yes I do know the cost of bottles - I guess I was focusing too much on the bottom line vs. what you actually get.
There's always something waiting at the end of the road, if you're not willing to see what it is, you probably shouldn't be out there in the first place..........

yes, it just cost you more individually.

yeah but instead of splitting a 3k bill, youre paying everything yourself.

You'll be paying all by yourself but you won't be alone for long, that's for sure!

Is it common to do a bar minimum instead of a bottle? Also what is the ratio of guys to bottles? Like for every 3 guys equal one bottle

Minimums are becoming more and more common. Yes, typical ratio is one bottle for every three people.

OK i thought i would come on here after my week in vegas and original posting of this thread to give some feedback.

Group of 8 guys used red carpet vip / www.vipnight.com (same company) to book bottle service at several clubs and limo pick up and drop off from the airport.

                            We arranged the following:

Friday - 3 bottle min at Haze (dance floor table)
Saturday - 3 bottle min at XS (Steve Angello) - Not a dance floor table though
Saturday Day - Wet Republic Pool Party with $2000 bar tab
Monday - 3 bottle min at Marquee (back wall table)

I have got to give credit where it is due to red carpet vip. All 3 hosts we had were exceptional and did exactly what they said by walking us straight through any queues at every club and delivering on the tables they promised. With regards to the table the 2 tables at XS and Marquee were still excellent locations but just not dance floor which we knew before travelling.

The limo pick up and drop off was spot on and we were picked up in something bigger than a stretched hummer (the thing was called kong to give you an idea of how big it was).

The only issue we had all week was wet republic. as the weather was poor we could not do wet republic. this was the only issue though as we were told prior by red carpet that we could cancel at no charge which they again delivered on.

Terry was in constant contact with me and the group throughout our trip and always answered any questions or late requests perfectly.

If people do not want to contact hosts directly then i would definitely recommend red carpet service as for me they delivered exactly what they had promised and contributed to a top quality 5 nights in vegas.

but also keep in mind you will be paying an extra premium for them doing all the work for you.

good to see that it worked out for you though. i still would rather save a little $ and just text the hosts directly..
