  • Shot out to RPM.....

    Shot out to Chad at RPM......guy was really on top of his game...responded fast and extremely professional. Props to the staff at RPM too. Everyone was really friendly....cashier, bar tender.......guy with the clip board...

    not to change the subject but BOTH hosts for Marquee on the front page didnt even respond.

    Glad to hear the staff is good. Bodes well for the club in my opinion. What did you think of the place? Size, Layout, Talent, Music???

      Hmm...I started using Justen awhile back because he always responded, and was always willing to help with entry for those that didn't want bottles. Surprised to hear this.

        how did you contact them? text? email? call?

          I actually directed two buddies to the JC site for the direct contacts. I know one sent an email to justen at marquee in regards to bottle service but never got a response. Second guy contacted Larson at Marquee, not sure on the method (email, text or call) but he didn't get a response either. Pretty disappointed to say the least on their behalf. Think they ended up hitting up Tao.... Good to hear about rpm. Considering checking it out during the next visit.

            I use Larson when I'm in town. He's always been top notch!! Even helped me at STK in jan when I was there.

              for the shout out glad you guys had a good time let me know if ya need anything at RPM.. Justen and Larson are both good guys at Marquee.. i personally use

                its not that big of a deal, thread was mostly about chad. just figured id mention it since they are jc supported.

                  Since you did mention it publicly, I think you should give him a chance to investigate what happened. I sent you a PM yesterday letting you know Justen would like your info (email or Phone number), so he can figure out what happened. I dont want this happening to my referrals, so Id personally like it to get cleared up. If this is pattern with him, I need to switch host.

                      Text is almost always the way to go... Emails are much easier to miss, or worse get sent to a spam folder without a chance to even see it.

                        That is freaking top notch right there. Thank's for looking out.

                        Have you heard anything back from this? Would you still suggest Justen?

                          So I emailed Justen like 3 hours ago and he has already gotten back to me. Idk if that is because dnix had given him a shout or if the other guy just fell through the cracks but... i have no problem with him.

                              My take is, nobody is going to be 100% all the time. For the amount of calls/texts/emails these guys probably get, I'd say there's bound to be a couple of mix ups. Justen has a pretty good track record on this board. Just the fact that he seemed to want to patch things up is good with me.
