I totally agree. It would be very easy for Justen to just brush it aside as i'm sure he has many other clients. Stand up move to try and correct an issue.

i agree, that is why i dont really care. it is what it is. as i said before its not a big issue. but id thought id mention it. didnt know it would overtake the whole thread and kill chads shout out

I know hosts are busy....i exchanged numbers with a host because he was going to get in on a table with us the next day, he added me into his phone and the next day he called me trying to find where I wanted a table because he completely forget who i was. after that I only imagine how busy hosts are.

      just let the issue go.......

          haha

its all good guys thank you. Justen is a good host and i can say sometimes even tho its rare we get overwhelmed and may overlook a text or email and be in the middle of something and then just totally forget to respond. Although it sucks dont get me wrong it does happen. So thats what may of happen. I personally just went thru my old email addy i dont use and found 1 email in my spam folder and 1 email in my regular that i totally looked over on accident.

On the side note its starting to get into busy season and im looking forward to everyone coming out!!

                Rpm

Not every friday we have signed a few djs to residencys and then will be bringing in other Djs for special sets

                Residents

                Donald Glaude
                Kenneth Thomas
                Mixin Marc
                Alex Peace
                Dj Sourmilk
                Dj Enrie

I probably get 20+ texts a day from different groups hitting vegas wether its for that night the next night or up and coming trips. 10+ phone calls a day and usually answering 10+ emails a day. It all varies but i would say monthly alot more emails and texts then phone calls. I usually say whatever is easier for the client. Some like calling me some like emailing and texting doesnt matter to me.

the hosts have it tough too. marquee is an insanely popular club and if they miss an email here and there oh well. just send another one. once they get to know that you are a legit person things will go much smoother now and the next time.

do most hosts work other jobs? do hosts bank? It seems like even at a smaller club like rpm if you seat 5tables and they all tip 100$ thats 500$ a night.... x3 a week.......plenty decent money. then maybe a part time job for the days off and bam I can see a host banking good.

                      hosts

well we pull our tips and they go in a tip pool and then get sorted out from management down to hosts. Not everyone tips on tables and slow season the money goes down. Busy season is when the money picks up and i only work for RPM but lets say i have a night off and i hook up a group at another club and get them a deal usually they tip me for that and then ill break off the host of that club.

i.e. i take a group of 5 that comes to RPM sat night they tip me 200 that goes in the tip pool the next night i host them at vanity for example and get them a buy 1 get 1 and they tip me 200 that goes in my pocket and ill break the host at vanity off 50-100 bucks ect. It all varies on clients. Ive had guys i hosted for a week that tipped me 1000 for my services ive had guys tip me 20 bucks so it all varies.

I've been thinking about checking out RPM. How it's the vibe there lately? Would you guys recommend Fri night or Sat night in terms of better crowd? I prefer hiphop but most importantly is the crowd/girls. Don't want to go to a sausage fest.
                                Thanks everyone
