Will be in Vegas from Wed August 28th to Wed September 4th with my wife - staying at Encore for the duration.

Already have presales for Guetta at EBC on the Monday but I'm pretty keen to see Calvin Harris at WR (assuming he'll be there at some stage over the weekend). From what I read WR seems to be more of a clusterfuck without having a home base but a daybed for 2 is a bit of a stretch so would like to split with someone who needs some help to hit their min!

Will start my own thread as events are announced but just registering my interest in case you guys would be headed that way.

CH @ Wet Republic is definitely on our radar (and highly probable). I just hope it doesn't turn out to be Axwell at Daylight v CH at WR v Steve Angello @ EBC on Saturday: that would be tough...

Bottle Service

Although I'm fairly new when it comes to large party bottle service - it really doesn't worth it NOT to get it if more people contributing lowers the cost. I don't know if that statement is entirely true though?

Pool BS - still up in the depending on lineups (Also 1 guy in our party doesn't drink)
Nightclub BS - same

What do you guys think about the Jackify.com option? Any interest? We definitely don't want to be waiting in any lines during LDW so it will either be Pre-Sales, BS or Jackify, or a combo.

We would love to join your groups, I just don't know if you can have TOO many people? Educate me. Like I said one guy doesn't drink so a bigger group is perfect as we can charge him less and take up some of the slack.

Vannwolfhawk - how did you like Morgan and Dada Life? How did they compare to Kaskade and Avicii?

I love all 4, but I find Avicii's gigs are TOO big and TOO crowded.. but I'm dying to see Dada Life... their energy is ridiculous.

As far as bottles, the "rule" is 3 people per bottle. As in a bottle will waive the cover for 3 people. Each bottle determines table size and location. So if you get a 1 bottle, you would likely get a spot that only hold 3 people. Had a 1 bottle night at Tryst with little to no host tip (buddy organized years ago) and ended up in a table with 1 small booth for 2 people and an extra chair. We ended up with 5 of our friends at the small table so it was c heap per person, and we got an amazing location for a next to nothing min, but it was a ridiculously small table only really suitable for 2 and only 1 bottle for 5 guys. Luckily we all pre-gamed VERY hard and didn't make it the whole night as our ride (came from socal) had a family emergency and we bounced at like 2 am.

That being said you can lower cost by having people buy pre-sale tickets and join you for a VERY crowded table. A lot of people discourage that, but if real estate is more important to you that the booze then having an additional 1-3 people buy pre-sale tickets and meet you inside would reduce the cost, but would also diminish the alcohol per person greatly. I don't imagine many people would want to add you to their table though if it's already at "capacity".

There will be 6-8 of us (1 non-drinker), but we are happy to add more people - potentially to get a deck table (fits 10) or cabana (fits 15) for CH. What per person budget were you looking at?

We got pre sale tickets to this show already. Smaller venue so i wanted to get them locked in. We would be interested in splitting a table and bottles though possibly?! I can always sell tickets if we decided to go this route. This is what I'm most excited about of the 10 days I'm in Vegas!

Morgan Page and Dada were both awesome! They were at a bigger club in surrender and encore beach as well as being on a Wednesday and Thursday night so you really cant compare them. Id say Wednesday with Morgan Page had alot more people than Dada on Thursday night though. The energy of all 4 were high and all had great crowds minus Dada on Thursday! Avicii and Kaskade at Marquee dayclub was insane and they were both packed in where you couldn't even move. Way to many people squeezed into a small space! I prefer the bigger space of Encore/Surrender just because you can move a little more freely but Marquee was definitely a more intimate scene. All the dj sets were sick though but I'm a big fan and not to mention I was annihilated through them all too... LOL


OCAM- We are debating on seeing Armin Van Buuren at Marquee or S. Ingrosso at light for that friday night, but are for sure in for eclipse. I'm leaning towards light and Ingrosso as its only night we will be able to do light and being that we are staying in same hotel makes it easy too... Others really want to see Van Buuren, so Ill just keep you posted what we end up deciding to do in the next 2 days...
