I generally have a couple of days hating Vegas convinced it tried to kill me, vowing never to return. But after about 2 days of recovery, jet-lag subsiding and being back in the real world all I want to do is get back. Unfortunately it isn't that easy being the other side of the world.
An 8,000 mile journey is always worth it when it ends in Vegas!

Yeah even though I go at least 4-5 times year I still get it sometimes.

                My coping mechanisms
                1) this site (and a lot less frequently - spyonvegas)
                2) planning the next trip - since I like to plan ahead there usually isn't a lot of down time between my last vegas trip and planning the next one
                3) partying in SoCal....it's not the same but still very fun nonetheless and some nights are definitely trip report worthy
                2016 (past) - none
                2016 (upcoming) - June 10th - 13th. Venetian. Invasion schedule

I think I'll have major withdrawals by the time September is over. I'll be going LDW and then September 27 to October 1.

For me, I usually get over PVD by staying busy and remembering the good times. Then I go back and remember everything, even the bad times. It's kinda like when I get over a breakup...except when Vegas calls, I will come crawling back and submitting to her.

reading TR's can help a bit. Others and my own. Sometimes I remember how shitty I felt after some of my trips and don't feel like going back anytime soon
