PVD is the worst!! Ive been on countless holidays but the depression post Vegas is by far the worst. Booking the next trip is by far the best cure for it!

Dealing with it right now. I didnt do anything but rest and eat and eat the last Monday and Tuesday. I'm finally back in the groove today. I'm satisfied with this past trip though. I dont feel like I did less than what I should have. So I'm good right now. This was the easiest recovery from other trips. LOL.

Found another cure to PVD.

Just bring the Vegas mentality to other places.

Was in San Diego this past weekend and while it wasn't as wild as some of my wildest Vegas trips, it was still pretty damn wild. Got back last night and today my body felt like I went to Vegas

I dont know if some of you feel this. But I dont necessarily get PVD all the time, but I do get Post House music Depression. If I get a good enough night of raging and dancing with girls haha, then I fulfill the urge. But if the night is blah with a bad set or maybe get in late the club or someone in our group gets me in a bad mood, I feel an emptiness coming back home. Like I didnt fulfill what I needed to do in Vegas.

EDC weekend was like that. We did Marquee Friday which was siick, but Sat we did EDC and it was the night that got shut down way early. I couldnt sleep and I was just tapping my feet to the music on my headphones the whole time waiting in the airport and in the airplane. LOL. It was so bad I had to do a 1 night turn around in Vegas 2 weeks later just to get the urge out of my system.

Ain't that the truth!!! I usually go back to the club scene in San Francisco a few weeks after my Vegas trips, and I just pretend it's a colder Vegas and no outdoor clubbing. When I bring that Vegas attitude, I suddenly become the guy everyone parties with at the club. Women and dudes alike gimme high fives, buy me drinks, and tell me that I rock the party to which I reply, "No I'm just here, YOU'RE the one who makes the party." I never wanna take credit for the awesomeness takes place because in all honesty, it takes a village right?

What about pre-Vegas A.D.D.???

Yeah I get pre-Vegas A.D.D. all the time, especially this upcoming trip because I know of the greatness that can be achieved when I know my cousins, my homies, and a whole bunch of people from the Bay Area will close in on Vegas the last weekend of September. I usually deal with it by using that extra energy to work out, read stuff not related to Las Vegas (sometimes works, but considering that I'm frequenting the JC forums, it's clearly not in play this time around) and I talk to random people I meet at the store to get me socially prepped for situations in Vegas. When all else fails, work hella overtime so that I can get the extra moola needed to gamble my earnings and soul away at the craps and roulette tables. Yes, great times shall be had soon enough my friends.

I try to go twice a year but I haven't been there since May and I won't be back until May. I'm going crazy. All i've been doing is planning out my May trip and counting down the days. 209 days left!!
