Nice ! I didnt know that.. actually the ON has glutamine in it too and I havent' gained any fat as far as I know. Damn, I don't even use Canola oil on my cooking. For being that expensive, they could've toss in some extra virgin olive oil.

Yeah they jack up the prices bad ... gold card week makes the price slightly lower ... just slightly than the avg price elsewhere or the internet.

Gold card week is such a bloody scam. I got a free gold card in a GNC promotion, which is the only reason I have one.

Right before gold card week, they remove all their sales and jack up half their prices so you can't actually get a good deal.

The only possible way to get a good deal on anything at GNC is the stuff near the checkout counter - sometimes, you can get protein at half price just because it will expire in three months (but you'll bomb through the container in a month or two).

Is it just me? Or the GNCs are franchised and owned by 3rd parties? All the ones in Socal are owned and ran by indians that have little to not knowledge for nutrition. When you walk in the store, they try to push everything to you.

Haha, same deal here. I think all the GNCs in San Francisco are owned by these older Asian people (I think they're Philipino) who have no knowledge whatsoever.

They got so pissed off at me when I used my gold card during gold card week on a protein bar that was already on sale for fifty cents.
