Thats not bad at all! Sounds like our winters at times... Its 85 F here in Southern Cali and its the middle of summer. But its 106 in Vegas right now.. pretty much unbearable unless you are in a pool during the day time.

Nice choice! I haven't been to a pool party with a good mojito yet.. I stick to the stuff thats easier for them to make like vodka redbull or cranberry. I spent 10am-5pm at the pools and was able to head right back out after a shower. The key is making the women get ready at a guys pace :POriginally posted by uejjapTell me about it!!

Interesting.. I highly wouldn't recommend wearing a speedo in any of the Vegas pool parties. Stylish shorter trunks maybe, but not speedos.

I'm doing the cal deficit right now as well. No pain, no gain right? Optimum Nutrition is what I use as well. If you want a very nutritious smoothie try this:
1 cup Very Vanilla Lite Soy Milk
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 scoop ON vanilla ice cream flavor protein
blend it and you are ready to go.
I have been working out first thing in the morning doing group cycle classes to start the day. Then after the day has finished, I'm going back to the gym and doing my weights then. 2-a-days are rough but my diet is very clean and I am taking in all of my required nutrients so I have been cutting up nicely.
One of the things I have been doing is watching my form religiously and breathing. Squeezing and contracting at the peak of the lift, static sets, 21's etc all work well. Switch up the workouts weekly to "trick" the muscles and stimulate more muscle growth.Vegas 3.19.15

Nice! The 2-a-day is something we can all wish we did. Cardio in the morning is the best time to get cut and get you ready for the rest of the day. I actually drink straight up whole milk. I don't need to cut anymore. I am just straight building. So any bit of extra healthy digestable calories help. Don't get me wrong, I don't go out and binge on twinkies, but I don't need to cut corners with diet products. I buy the real stuff for everything, butter, mayo.. but I do use olive oil for my cooking. Just stay as organic as possible, and less processed as possible. I haven't gained any fat at all, and the calories are very easy to burn.
