I'll be switching up my supplements starting tomorrow and taking a week or so off of the EC stack and switching to "WHite Flood" preworkouts. I am adding BCAA's more frequently along with Sesamin. We made 16 premade meals today with ground turkey, broccoli and brown rice. I plan to eat 4 a day with 2 protein shakes a day. All spaced out 3 hours apart. I'll also be doing some more heavy lifting with light cardio afterwards and incorporating 2 a days 3 times a week with HIIT on the days I am not working out twice. Protein is going to be at about 200 grams a day. This week my routine looks like this:
Today: 20 minutes of HIIT on treadmill (see below for exact intervals)
Monday AM: biceps, triceps, abs, cardio
Monday PM: 30 minutes of light cardio with the wife
Tuesday: off day
Wednesday AM: Legs, Abs and cardio after
Wednesday PM: 30 minutes of light cardio with the wife
Thursday AM: chest, back, shoulders, and cardio after
Friday AM: HIIT for 20 minutes with the high intervals being 10.7 mph and low intervals at 4 mph......every other minute
Friday PM: light cardio for 30 minutes with wife
Saturday AM: biceps, triceps, abs, cardio
Sunday: restLast edited by luckythirteen; 08-30-2009, 09:00 PM.February 12th-13th -- Planet Hollywood

Dang , you are doing the AM/PM workout plan huh? I think the big difference maker for me would be going into the gym twice. Splitting up like a serious cardio session in the morning, and a lifting routine will make a huge difference. Right now with work, commute and everything, its rough enough commiting an hour 30 mins to it everyday

yeah, i hear ya.......when the schedule doesnt permit it, it can be tough, but i work from home most of the time and this week is going to be super slow.......i have 18 days til my trip, and my fitness level has gotten to the point where i can handle the two a days if i plan them properly, eat the way i need to and avoid injury.......we'll see how this goes, but my 2nd workout with the wife isnt exactly going to be super hard as she runs pretty slow and is not in shape yet, so it is just to kind get some extra calories burning and get some "couples" time ...plus she wants to start to get in shape, so hopefully this will help get her goingFebruary 12th-13th -- Planet Hollywood
