              Strict diet of walking in heels everywhere, plus dancing with minimal amounts of fruits, veggies and vodka redbulls.

              More or less my "while in Vegas" diet.

              "Fuck your friends, just do what you want to do" Aside from the more famous, "If you're not here, you're fucking up" AOD... Epic. "

                    I would agree with this! You probably do strengthen your calves some....

                    Diet and exercise was in my life only a mere 2-3 months ago. I hit the gym 5 days a week, 2-3 hours at a time. But then I got married and didn't care! LOL...

                    I really need to get back on track...my eating isn't terrible, but I am starting to enter flabville.

                    I have watched that P90x infomercial many times while eating chips, thinking man, those people are in good shape. Haha.

                    Oh to the toronto girl-I grew in MA and those cold winters were KILLER for my bod. I totally didn't notice the weight gain under so many pounds of clothing. Moving to AZ 4 yrs ago was a wake up call, I definitely work harder to maintain my figure b/c you have to wear more revealing clothes all year.

                      Only a month to go now so I’m having to turn the workouts up a notch…

                      For me it’s the gym 8 – 10 times a week, usually twice a day Monday – Friday. Weights workout in the morning before work, then 30 minutes cardio after work, supplemented with protein and creatine shakes and from about now on I’ll be trying to not eat carbs after 6pm. I shouldn’t really be drinking any alcohol either, but that’s not going to happen.

                      Yep, it’s not exactly healthy or sustainable, but it’s a good way to get shredded for a specific objective (i.e Rehab!) I half know what im doing as I qualified as a personal trainer in my spare time…so when people ask me why I still drink, smoke and eat crap, I can tell them I’ve made an educated decision to do so!

                        No matter what i do my weight hasnt changed more than 2 pounds in like 8 years. Im lucky i cant eat whatever i want and nothing happens to me. Now lets not say my arteries may not be the greatest from college but i try and eat as healthy as i can now sometimes.

                          Im pretty into fitness but I ramp it up a notch when I know I am going to be seen in my bathing suit!!!

                          I usually lift weights about 3 times a week, and cardio 2 times a week. For fun I have been taking pole dancing classes and it really is a very good work out!!! Also sometimes I join the class full of cougars and listen them talk about there lives, ex husbands, current young men they are seeing, etc. Its pure gym entertainment. I could right a book!

                          Right before Vegas (I leave Aug 11!!) I ramp up the cardio.

                          While I am there I try not to eat a bunch of crap. I guess its easy for me because when I dont eat it at home I usually dont want it away. I drink water. (I do booze it up though)

                          I may even try to get some gym time in while in vegas. It will give me some alone time (going with my best friend).

                            I was talking about this with my friend the other day.

                            In Vegas i'm on what we call a "lack of diet", meaning I don't put anything in my body other than fluids that aren't exactly known for their nutritional value.

                            I lost about 8-10 lbs on this trip out. I don't do it on purpose, but when you're having fun sometimes you just forget to eat!

                              You know along with working out and getting ready for the summer I make sure I do all the little things to. Make sure you have your hair cut etc. it really makes you feel like you have your stuff together and you can be sure that even the hottest body needs grooming!!!

                                mate, thats a +1 on the "lack of diet!"

                                All the drinking and partying usually means that I just forget to / can't be bothered to eat. Hardcore trips like Ibiza or Vegas are when I come back lighter than when I left..although I'm also a broken shadow of my former self...
