Ok, so several of you have asked for my apple pie recipe, so here it is.
1 gal of apple juice
1 gal of apple cider
4 cups of sugar
7 cinnamon sticks
1 liter Everclear
Put everything in a large stock pot, minus the everclear! We save that til last!
Bring it to a boil and let it go until the sugar dissolves and the cinnamon sticks open up. Kill the heat and let it cool all the way down to room temp. Remove the cinnamon sticks, and then dump in the entire liter of Everclear. Mix well and then bottle it all up and put it in the fridge. I usually let mine sit for at least 3 days so the flavors have a chance to marry. Most bars around here serve it as a shot, but you know how we do it in the AOD! Grab a waterglass bitches, and add 3 or 4 ice cubes and fill it up!
