Like that was metioned before, every situation is different. I have a buddy who comes to Vegas 4-5 times a year. I'm a local so I set up a table or hosted entry into different clubs and let him loose. I'm his wingman for the weekend so I just sit back and let him do his thing. He ALWAYS picks up hot chicks and usually not only 1. He buys them drinks, chats it up with them and he usually searches me out to introduce them to his friend. Now I'm not looking for any action (I'm taken) but I'm up for anything to help my buddy seal the deal. We meet up and he normally goes another round or two for everyone before we hit the dance floor. The unfortunate thing is he talks "too much" (life story, etc) and they start to back off of him and gravitate towards me. Next thing you know, I'm dancing with a hot chick or two, and he financed it and he gets down on himself, loses his MOJO and wants to bounce. Of course the next day he jokes and said I cock blocked, but one thing that I've learned going out clubbing, "NEVER" turn down a chick when she asks you to dance. This happens everytime he comes, I shit you not, so I look forward to his next trip, LOL!!! So the moral of this story, buying drinks for chicks isn't Pimpin or Cheap, it just depends on the situation, but It doesn't hurt to try...

I know some girls that go to Vegas and pretty much have EVERYTHING covered. I just know a couple of these girls from this group but they have bunch of friends that are pretty much ballin and they eat at STK, always bottle service, stay at Cosmo, Wynn, Encore and spend pretty much nothing. my general rule of thumb is to not buy something for another person unless we have some sort of relationship. That "relationship" could be anything from 10 minutes of chatting at the bar, to living together for 3 years.

I don't buy stuff for strangers, even smokin hot chicks.

This girl at work, tells me all her and her friends do is just wait in line and they are pulled out for free admin and even free tables. I will often buy people drinks, guys and girls alike. Its simple, I'm not 'on the prowl' so to me there are no strings attached, I'm just a friendly guy buying a round for the bar, etc. That being said, if I were trying to hookup I might be a bit more careful on who I bought drinks for.

Think of it this way, if some wack broad bought you a drink, would you think any differently of her (unless she roofied ur bitch ass)? If a fine broad you were feeling vibes from didnt buy you a drink, would you dismiss her and call her cheap at the end of the night?

Females are no different --- dont turn 1 + 1 into calculus, and over think things. If you wanna buy her a drink because you are feeling the evening, and her, do it. But a drink has no impact on how the night will turn out.
