That night at Palazzo I played for about 6 hours with an average bet of $100. Ended up leaving the table up about $4k, so comp'd room or not, I was happy ;-)

Just wanted to chime in here with my outlier Cosmo/Identity experience. I signed up for a card when they opened last January and then later stayed there twice for two nights, both times on average-rate weekends. I gambled maybe $20 total in slots across those two trips (which took a whole 5 minutes max as I waited for some people to come downstairs). No table play at all. I also presented my Identity card when a group of 6 ate at STK. And maybe at a lunch and/or late night breakfast at the Henry.

With that whopping amount of spend, I somehow received a two night comp email this past January, good through February, including weekends. When I went to use that, I spent maybe an hour at the $25 blackjack tables, starting with $25 bets and adding/removing chips with wins/losses - but never reaching more than $100/hand - and that was it.

I then received yet another email for two more comped nights to be used March-April. I couldn't get rooms during March Madness, but slower weekends were still available.

In short, I have no idea how such seemingly minimal spend has me getting Cosmo comps, especially since I usually spread around my cash so much that I never even received a buffet coupon from M-Life or anywhere else, but I'll take it.
