Check in the bags at the hotel bellhop/valet - they can keep track of 'em while you wait for check-in. Toss 'em a $20 and when you eventually check-in, the bags will be in the room by the time you get there, or VERY shortly thereafter.

I've done this a few times (early flights rock) and then after the bag check-in, I usually go do something touristy to kill some time - hit some stores at either Crystals, Forum Shops, Palazzo or Fashion Mall - - hit up a Sportsbook for some early wagering - - grab a bite for lunch... that usually eats up a few hours.
