Hi, this is my first post in JC forum. First, i'm LMAO reading the threads here, u guys seen very nice people.. I'm from Brazil and I'm going to Vegas this year's Halloween. What are the tips on booking hotels this time of the year? Is it better to wait for promotions or should I book now?
