yes, i have. Girls get this all the time while dancing at the clubs. You're partying away with your girls, and all of a sudden a pair of hands grabs your hips from behind and a guy starts grinding against you. the girl looks to her friends (since she can't see wtf the guy looks like), and they either give her the nod of approval or grab her hand and pull her away.
