So Delicious!!!! Wicked Spoon for a buffet was amazing. I loved the roasted beet salad, the individually portioned salads, it was so good Saturday night that we came back waited 2 hours in line for brunch on Sunday! Given it was Memorial Weeend and crazy number of people in town the wait was worth it-all 5 of us loved it!

Buffet: Agree with mitzi, Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan is great. Worth the wait.

Steak: Stripsteak at Mandalay Bay. Butter poached steaks. The sides are really delicious too.

New American: Sage at Aria. Get the foie gras brulee (I mentioned this in another thread already today)

Japanese: Shibuya at MGM Grand. It's tucked away in the back, but the omakase there is very good.

Late night: Earl of Sandwich at Planet Ho. I like the tuna melt and the "cannonballs" (meatballs)

Happy hour(?): Michael Mina's American Fish at Aria has quite a good happy hour. Truffled mac and cheese, maine lobster corndogs, and fish and chips (with malt vinegar french fries) are good.

I have been there twice - last LDW and 2 weeks ago - each time was amazing. I had the Wagyu grade 7 - NY Strip the first time and ribeye the 2nd - both were amazing. Kobe beef tartar is fantastic and probably my fav app EVER. Wife had the scallops and lobster bisque soup and said both were amazing.

I love a place called Rosemary's off the strip...really great food and less pricey than the super nice spots on the strip

Also its nice to get away from the strip for an hour or two to unwind and get ready for the ridiculous night ahead!

Ahhhhh... Rosemary's. One of Las Vegas' most popular dining spots and WELL deserved. Easy to find and outstanding food!
