hey guys just planning my trip, i will be in vegas for 8 nights, and wanted some ideas of where to go to get some really good food in vegas. Any suggestions? Restaurants i shouldnt miss?

Most of the greats were already mentioned, but I gotta give some love to Fiamma at MGM Grand. Great great italian food, cool dark and swanky atmosphere.Vegas Trips to-date:

Palm is OK - I tend to stay away from the Palm when I'm in Vegas because I've eaten at several others like Philadelphia and Atlantic City.Vegas Trips to-date:

I keep seeing N9NE as being great all over this forum. We have one in Chicago ..I wonder if it is the same type of menu.
