Group of 5 guys going and thinking about hitting up Marquee after watching a show on a Saturday. Does Marquee let anyone skip the line by paying extra? Getting a table the night before at another club so a table is definitely out of the question that night.

Most likely not. Marquee is about the hottest club on the strip right now on a Saturday night. I wouldn't say you're screwed, but it's going to be really tough unless you want to grease large.
Put it this way, I went into the general admission and was told to bug off. Even guestlist was done at 11pm.

I would say be ready to hand over some cash. Also, don't go as a group of five. Break off. Maybe two groups of two... then one guy try on his own with two girls you find.Vegas Trips:

your best bet would be to find a big group of ladies waiting in the general admission line, or that you see walking up to the line. The door guys will most likely accept a smaller tip (maybe $30 per guy) from you guys if you have a group of attractive ladies with you. But if you combine a $50+ tip per guy and a group of attractive ladies, they door guy might even bypass your cover charge. You'd have to have a more girls than guys in the group though. Don't be afraid to go up to groups of girls, never hurts to ask! Besides what girl wouldn't want to bypass the regular line for free?
After 11PM you'll often see a group of good-looking girls going up to a door guy with the assumption that they'll be able to skip the line... but they often get ignored because they're not willing to tip. Of course it also depends on the time you're there at and how packed the club is. The earlier you arrive the better chances you have of waiting a shorter time in line
