Vegas Trip with my girlfriend Dec 16-19

Hi all,

I am going to be in Vegas with my girlfriend for her 21st birthday and we would really like to know what clubs to go to. We would like to go clubbing Thursday thru Saturday. Also, is there any way to get on the guestlist and who would I have to contact.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Really depends on whether you want the big club vibe or smaller club/loungy feel. If you read through this forum, you'll see that the members tend to like certain clubs, but really depends on taste. Some of the newer clubs are always a good bet...Surrender, Lavo, XS, Vanity. Even though Tao has been open for a while, I've always had a good time there on a Thursday. As for contacts, contact info is on the home page of this website and other names are listed on the "Host Appreciation" thread on this forum.

If it's just the 2 of you, getting in is a lot easier. Pick clubs you might be interested in, follow Sid's rec about looking through the forums for suggestions, there's a good thread called various members posted on clubs they like on certain nights here:

then contact the listed hosts or other recommended hosts. about guestlist/walk in options.

I have been looking thru the forums and was wondering if for Thursday it would be to late to get into Tao at around 11:00PM since our plane gets to Vegas a little late that day?

Also, do all the clubs play hip-hop? This is what my girlfriend like's listening to the most.

If you're getting a table or putting the two of you on the guest, then 11pm is fine. Shouldn't be too bad but don't push it too close to midnight since Thursday is a popular night at Tao. Most clubs on Thur, Fri and Sat will play a usual mix of top 40 and hip-hop. Tao on Thursday certainly will.

11:00pm is actually when you'd probably WANT to get to TAO on a Thursday night. great place to be that night for Worship Thursdays!

It would probably be difficult to find people, but if I see you I will take you up on the offer. I was thinking of getting a table, but I don't think it is worth it for 2 people. Especially when my girlfriend does not really drink much.
