I was assuming that most people go to the mega-clubs first and then move to the afterhour clubs around 4am. Is it worth it to just head straight to the afterhour club to begin with?
Maybe it's a different crowd? Sometimes I get tired of the uptight clubbing crowd you find at XS or Tao.

Yeah that's what most people do which is why there's a longer line at 4am instead of 2 am. I'd say head over around 2, get stamped and maybe gamble a bulit til it starts getting busy inside. Then just walk past the lines since you've already been stamped.

during the week, is Drais open?
What other afterhour clubs are there? I've heard tabu being mentioned but I just assumed Tabu was an regular ultralounge.

I believe Drais is open on Thurs nights(Friday morning). I don't mind Tabu, but most people here think it sucks
