the only time I even think about this, is when I click this thread. Im thinking I should stop doing that. its lesson learned for the next trip, but I have better things to do and think about while Im in Vegas.

first time poster here. I'll be going to vegas with a group of 8 June 10-14.

After booking a HRH room for a Sunday for the purpose of avoiding the hours of waiting in line and cover of rehab (my third trip) for June 13th, I became a little worried after reading some of these posts.

I took it upon myself to call HRH reservations directly to make sure the room I reserved all the way back in January for my June 13th trip would include two free rehab passes. Sadly, I was told my special rate of $107 didn't qualify for rehab passes. The rate required is $229 for Sunday in order to get free passes. Hotel guests still get a seperate line, however.

I also asked if the room key gives you comped admission to Vanity. She stated it gives you $10 off the admission.

Looks like HRH has really cheapened out. I still love Rehab and will go on Sunday, but it'll cost me at least $30 this year, unfortua]natley.

5-23 $259

5-30 $399

6-6 $259

Enjoy no business Hard Rock. If this practice continues, and word gets out, it will hurt HR in the long run. Unfortunately, for us people that were proactive and booked our room early, we are screwed.

For the record I just heard it's $150 for a wristband at Hard Rock for Rehab, Memorial Day weekend for EVERYONE that doesn't meet the room quota. This is from a representative from www.irockmemorial.com (no idea how legit it is)

i'm staying there for 4 nights booking 3 rooms and 2 suites and am still being told that my sunday rate doesn't qualify. thats a total of about $4000 being spent on rooms and still can't get free wristbands for rehab!!!!

If you're staying at HRH but don't want to pay to get into Rehab is there a pool area you can still go to? I realize this would be a "non-Rehab" area.

Or are you just out of luck and even though you're staying at the hotel you cannot go to any of the pool areas.

Doesn't make sense that those of us that booked a room months ago and found a deal are the ones getting screwed.

I haven't been to Rehab, but I've seen pictures, and I believe they have blackjack tables in there..

It's my understanding that gaming laws require that cover charge can not be charged for those that are gambling. So could you possibly say you are just going there to play some blackjack or something? and avoid the cover?

Or do they take away the gaming tables when it's busy?

laxlove6, i don't get why your rate doesn't qualify? if your rate is $399 or more for sunday of MDW then you should be okay. you should call them cause that sucks big time.

oh god... Chad is still working there? Thats the same guy that told me to go to Hard Rock last MDW and admission would be comped. After an hour of line, got to the door, I was still asked to pay $60 for myself and $30 for my gf. They even made the lady pay.. sick basturd.

I worked out a deal for Sunday for all the AODers on the 23rd. Unfortunately, they are filming the Rehab show this Sunday, so free admission for guests is not possible without having over a $250 room rate on Sunday.

That being said, I was able to work out a deal with the front desk for a 2-for-1 wristband deal, or $50 each. However, you must be with my group and mention my name in order to get this discount. It's the best I could do, but I hope that helps anyone who wants to go to Rehab on Sunday.

Just let me know one of the nights out if you're wanting the half price admission and I will arrange it for you.
