Fire REHAB and HRH Upper Management

I've been going to rehab for the past couple of years. I book a bunch of rooms to get rehab access. I always had a great time there. Now, they pushed me to my limit. I booked my rooms for Mayweather vs Mosley Fight Weekend. When I arrived, I was surprised to learn that they had a new rule that your room rate needs to qualify especially since when I called Hard Rock to book my rooms, the lady said i get 2 wristbands. They made me upgrade on the spot. The room rate that weekend was $159. So I assumed it would be the same this weekend where I'll be in vegas again. Nope, they raised the rate to $259. I called and I am just being put in circles. Room reservations tells me Entertainment is responsible. Entertainment tells me Room Reservations is responsible. Then I finally get to Front Desk and they tell me Upper Management is responsible. This is insanely retarded on HRH's part. People that stay at their hotel are more likely to gamble there and eat there. They put much more money back into the casino. Anyways, I'm extremely pissed off since the reservation people kept telling me that i was getting 2 wristbands per room. I would rather take my business elsewhere now since I can probably get a much better deal at WR, TB, or Bare. I hope they lose all sunday business for their hotel since it's not quite worth it anymore to me and this deal just seems shady. I think most people feel the same way as I do.

This is unbelievable. I just got off the phone with HRH reservations. I booked a room through orbitz for Memorial Day weekend. The lady said that we will have to pay between $75-$150 depending on what "they" choose to charge in for that given day. She said if you go through a 3rd party you will always have to pay to get into rehab. She also said, Generally, (which is a funny word to use to start any sentence) if you book straight through us you get free access.

This is such bad business practice. No where on the website does it say this. Like most of you, the whole reason you stay at Hard Rock is for the free entry/no hassle to get into Rehab. I can assure you, this will be the last time I book a room at this casino. Not only do I have to stare at 1234523454 Affliction T-Shirts MDW at HR, now I can't even enjoy the one day where no one will have one on. Unreal

We even called and upgraded our room to a suite about a month ago and were told we would have 2 free wristbands for Rehab. Fukin DirtBags

Nice try HRH. But everyone from JC pretty much booked through the Twit deal from the HRH website.

Thanks for reporting your phone calls into HRH. After going through about 10 of these complaints from the last few days, its more then clear that HRH knows we are coming. Management gave them the "canned" response to give once they see a discounted rate this weekend so they can squeeze every penny out of the AOD/Exodus crowd. If we can not get this figured out by the end of Thurs, we should probably initiate a boycott against all of HRH's facilities to show em what happens when they do not take care of us. Obviously its too late to cancel and change rooms, but since we are already paying less then nothing for our rooms, lets give them nothing. Lets face it, we always thought HRH was cool to the partying crowd. This type of treatment is definitely less then cool.

You can bet your ass I m drinking from my hotel room instead of buying from the Vanity bar. Also Mr Lucky can lick my balls with that frozen dinner they call the "Gambler's" special. What will probably bring me the most joy aside from partying away from the HRH facilities is to see them in the red on their monthly revenue reports.

I'm with you Royale on boycotting the Hard Rock for future trips. I'm heading to Vegas MDW and staying at the HRH for the 6th summer in a row. I've always had a good time there and never paid to get into Rehab. To charge a hotel guest $75-150 for entry to Rehab is absurd. As mentioned I guess they are trying to suck every penny out of their customers, but what they don't realize is it could drive customers away in the long run. MDW I plan on spending as little money as possible at the Hard Rock - not gamlbing there and not eating there.

AOD - please keep us updated on how things go at the Hard Rock this weekend so those of us going MDW have a better idea what to expect.

Just Rock the hard rock pool on Saturday. It's still good and always convenient to be able to run up to you hotel room at your leasure. Plus it's not a jam packed afflicted sausage fest. Then hit bare on Sunday, Jack allready ha hassle free comped admission lined out.
